4 1. Product Introduction The minibee supports to download an execution file to RP-M100/M110/MR220 /MR500 modules and LM2455 module of Radiopulse Inc. It is able to communicate with a serial port(virtual com port or RS232) utilizing Zigbee. It is simple to install and easy to use. 2. Product Line and Images USB Dongle : It is able to connect directly to PC. It is able to download an execution file and to communicate with a serial port(virtual Com Port or RS232). 12 5. How to use minibee 5.1 Device-Programmer How to download 1) After connecting a USB-Dongle to an extension board assembling a module, connect to PC. (If you don t have the cp2102 driver, you can download the device-driver on the zigbee page of ) 2) Run Device-Programmer 3.60.exe. Before clicking the Connect button, you must push ISP button+ RST button. (It you don t have the Device-Programmer 3.60.exe, you can download the program on the zigbee page of ) 1 Click the Connection Button 2 Select a COM port connected to USB-Dongle. 3 Click the Connect Button

13 3) The Connection button is disabled and the Disconnection button is enable. The Success message is displayed in the message box. Connected COM port and baud rate is displayed in the state bar. 4) Click the Bank on in the pop-up menu. Click the Open file button and load a file 프로그램다운로드 5) Click the start rom program button. After finishing the file downloading, the success message is displayed in the message box and then the success dialog box is displayed. Click the 확인 button

14 5.1.2 How to change hardware information 1) Connect a USB-Dongle to PC as 1)~3) in How to download. 2) Click the Overwrite with hardware information radio button of the Select Modem Configuration Type. Hardware Information is displayed. 3) Input hardware information you want to change. And then, click the Write-all button. If you want to check the changed hardware information, click the read-all in FLASH button.. PAN ID Source Address Destination Address

15 5.2 CatTerm How to test the communication between modules 1) After connecting a USB-Dongle to an extension board assembling a module, connect to PC. Check the current baud rate. 0B is mean bps [Baudrate Value] 0B : 115,200bps 0A : 57,600bps 09 : 38,400bps 08 : 28,800bps 07 : 19,200bps 06 : 14,400bps 05 : 9,600bps 4) In the Serial BPS edit box, input the baud rate value you want to change.
