It is designed to convert terrestrial digital 8-VSB RF broadcasting signal(uhf/vhf band) into standard IF band and then demodulate it into transport stream signal. In addition, TS signal is modulating into the form of 8-VSB and re-transmitting RF signal in UHF/VHF band. 6 Satellite Decoders ITD / IRD Integrated Trans Decoder Satellite ITD is a high-quality equipment which receives QPSK digital satellite broadcasting signal and then demodulates it into transport stream signal. It is transcoding from audio format of MPEG-1 layer-ll of QPSK to audio format of Dolby Digital AC-3 of 8-VSB. After that, it converts from digital to digital and directly transmits TS(DVB-ASI) signal without quality deterioration.
