When we have received your form we will contact you to confirm the total cost*, and provide you with our address and indicative delivery time. You can either arrange to drop off your items at our premises in Wellington CBD, or you can send us your items. We recommend the use of a trackable courier service to minimise any risk of loss in transit. Please note that Get SetDigitise is not responsible for any items that may be lost during transit. We will add the cost of any couriers used to the final invoice. We process orders in the order they are received. If you require your files by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. * Total fields are provided for you to fill in so you can estimate the total cost, however we will confirm the total with you before proceeding with your order. IMPORTANT: Under copyright law we cannot convert copyrighted material such as TV shows and movies. Personal Audio Recordings) IMPORTANT: Under copyright law in New Zealand, it is legal to have a copy of your music/recordings in a different format for each device you own for your own personal use. So this means that we can only give you one copy of each album, but you can put a duplicate copy on each device you own (e.g. your smart phone, home computer, or MP3 player). We are not able to make any copies of music recorded off the radio or of home-made compilation tapes/cds. Photos, Negatives & Slides Scanning All photos and slides are scanned at 600 dpi and negatives are scanned at,00 dpi.

PLEASE NOTE: We can only scan loose prints, so please remove all prints from albums and frames and ensure there is no adhesive or other sticky products on them.

These sizes are suitable for uploading to photo viewing/sharing websites and for printing up to A4 size prints. Contact us if you require higher resolution files for printing to larger sizes.
