15 Office of Minority Affairs and Diversity (OMAD) Nataly Brockwell in the Office of Minority Affairs & Diversity was tasked to create a system to manage applications for travel abroad and scholarships. The old manual system had grown unwieldy. Nataly created a series of online web forms and web pages in OneDrive for Business that allowed students to apply online. The completed applications were secured and made available for reviewers to evaluate remotely.

19 UW Undergraduate Theatre Society Alex Potter, a Human Centered Design Student, explained that he and fellow students used OneDrive for Business to develop a digital a house management system. This system manages the sales of tickets, open and reserved seats, and sales of concessions. It also generates reports to the executive board and keeps our financial data in a connected list.
