Information security is the most extreme basic issues in guaranteeing safe transmission of data through the web. Network security and cryptography is a subject too wide ranging to information in digital, from and to provide the security services. Cryptography is the techniques with which we can convert the message into secrete text which is not understandable to unauthorized users. INTRODUCTION: Cryptography is a concept to protect data transmission across the network.a Network Security system typically relies on layers of protection and consist to hardware components. All these components work together to increase the overall security of the computer networks. Cryptography is the converting text into secret code. The fast development of the modern internet technology and information technology and information technology root the unique, venture, schools and government department joining the internet, which cause extra criminal users to attack and destroy the network by using the fake website. Cryptography means hide secretes is concerned with encryption. Cryptography the investigation of systems for secure correspondence. It is helpful for examinination those conversations, that are identified with different viewpoints in data security, for example, verification, classification of information, non-denial and information worthiness. Cryptography is the fundamental platform in which modern information security, which involves the use of advance mathematical approaches in solving hard cryptography issues, has gained its grounds in the digital world. This paper surveys different system security and cryptographic methodologies.cryptography: Cryptography is associated with the process of converting ordinary plain test into jumbled text and vice-versa. It is method of storing and transmitting data in a particular from so that the only those for whom it is intended can read and process it. Cryptography is the practice and study of techniques for securing communication and data in the presence of adversaries. Cryptography consists of two basic functions that are encryption and decryption. Cryptography is basically used to hide the original image into a coded image so that unauthorized access can be prevented. To encrypt the original image secure internet of things is used. Encryption: Encryption is the process of using an algorithm to convert information to make it unreadable for unauthorized users. A procedure of changing over plain content into figure content is called encryption. This procedure requires two things-an encryption calculation and a key. Calculation implies the system that has been utilized as a part of encryption. Encryption of information happens at the sender side. Decryption: A turn around procedure of encryption is called as decryption. In this procedure cipher content is changed over into plain content. Decoding process requires two things -an unscrambling calculation and a key. Decryption is just opposite process of encryption process in which we retrieve the original image from cipher image. Key: A key is a numeric or alpha numeric document or may be a single figure. CRYPTOGRAPHY MECHANISM Plain Text: The first communication that the individual requirements to speak with the order is characterize as plain text. There is only one key used both for encryption and decryption of data. It is also called as single key cryptography. It uses a single key. In this encryption process the receiver and the sender has to agree upon a single shared key. Types of symmetric-key algorithms Symmetric key encryption can use also stream cipher or block.
