3 Ekahau asset tags and the Ekahau RTLS Controller (ERC ) deliver sub-room, zone and room-level visibility into the movement, temperature and status of your assets and people, using your existing Wi-Fi network. Employees can visualize all assets or groups of assets such as IV pumps in the OR and the status of assets (i.e. clean/dirty), with the click of a button. And the Vision RTLS analytics platform provides built-in reporting and dashboard views to help measure asset utilization and monitor workflows. Ekahau A4 Tags A4 Wi-Fi tags act as small computers that transmit data to the Ekahau RTLS controller (ERC ) which determines asset location and status, displayed in the Vision software interface. A4 tags weigh less than 3oz., offer up to 5 years of battery life, come with 2 mounting brackets and offer two programmable buttons and audio and LED alerts. 4 Ekahau A4+ Tags The Ekahau A4+ uses external battery packs or power sources like USB chargers which gives it up to unlimited lifetime. Build-in backup battery enables A4+ tag to operate when external battery pack is low or power is cut. A4+ has a connector for two external switches or relays which can be used in the same way as build-in buttons. Customer can create a max 1.5 long custom cable for these external inputs and send on/off type status information over wireless network. 7 Ekahau W4 Wristband Tag The Ekahau W4 Wristband offers real-time location visibility on virtual maps, with reliable room-level and bed-level accuracy. The Ekahau W4 tag is worn comfortably on a person s wrist using a detachable wristband with a lock-in mechanism which makes it easy to put on and prevents removal of the band, when in use. The W4 Wristband is also waterproof, enabling users to comfortably bathe while wearing the tag and improving ease of cleaning after tag use. The tag includes a two-color LED, vibration alarm, a customizable call button for sending emergency or status messages as well as a built in motion sensor to detect movement and alarm for immobility. 8 Ekahau sensor solutions enable 24/7 temperature and humidity monitoring of sensitive, refrigerated materials such as blood, tissue, medication and food. Clinicians and staff are automatically notified if refrigeration unit temperatures begin to move outside of pre-set boundaries (high/low). And administrators are assured that refrigerator and freezer degradation does not affect the integrity of blood, tissue, medication, food and other materials that could impact patient safety. As an added benefit, Vision software automatically maintains accurate temperature logs to avoid manual documentation required for regulatory compliance (Joint Commission). 9 Ekahau TS2 Sensor The highly-sensitive TS2 temperature sensor comes with two sensors and two temperature probes. NIST-traceable temperature probes (- 40C to +105 C) are optional (see accessories).
