3 1 General This document purpose is to provide Alteon customers a list of recommended SNMP OIDs to monitor in Alteon. This document is based on Alteon version 29.5 MIBs file. The document is based on Radware s knowledge and experience in various deployment projects. Notes It is recommended by Radware that customers will adjust their monitoring policy to their already existing IT policy in regards to what counters to monitor, how often to measure them and what is considered a threshold to watch. All Alteon form factors (Stand Alone, VA, VX) are using the same OIDs. 2 MP CPU Utilization MP CPU utilization over mpcpustatsutil1second sec (/stats/mp/cpu) MP CPU utilization over mpcpustatsutil4seconds sec MP CPU utilization over 64 sec mpcpustatsutil64seconds SP CPU Utilization The utilization of this SP spstatscpuutil1second over 1 second.
