The fabric cover eases donning and doffing, while the stabilizing matrix minimizes pistoning. The 3mm profile is well established in the industry and conforms well to many individual residual limb shapes. It is also the same profile as Össur s other 3mm locking liners. 7 Aspire component set The Aspire components are newly designed, including a 5mm offset tube clamp adapter and a 5mm offset female pylon. These allow for easier fabrication, alignment, and better results for the user and prosthetist. The aluminium material is lightweight, strong, and durable. The components are all rated up to 100kg and the socket adapter is easily removable and reusable for the next socket. They can be fabricated with both laminated and thermoplastic sockets.
