2 For PC/laptop users To properly utilize and record your information in your Action Plan, it is recommended that you save a copy of the Action Plan to you PC/laptop. The best way to enter the information into the Action Plan is to use Adobe Acrobat Reader, which will allow you to type directly into the Action Plan as well as save and send your Action Plan. If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your device, the following instructions below will guide you through the process of installing Adobe Acrobat and opening and saving your Action Plan. 1. Visit to download Adobe Acrobat to your PC/laptop. 2. It is optional to check the Install Adobe reader Chrome Extension or the Optional Offer. To make the download faster, uncheck those boxes. 3. Click Install Now and follow the onscreen instruction to complete the installation. 4. Follow this link to open the Action Plan. The Action Plan will open in your browser. There will be a Save/Download icon that you can click to save/download the Action Plan to your device. It may look different depending on the browser you are using. Select a location to save the Action Plan (i.e. download folder, desktop). 2

3 Examples 5. Navigate to the folder that you saved the Action Plan and open the Action Plan. Note: When opening the Action Plan that you saved to your device, be sure to use the Adobe Acrobat Reader as opening the Action Plan in a browser may not allow you to type into the Action Plan or save the Action Plan. 6. After entering information into the Action Plan, be sure to save it often Wyndham Hotel Group 3

4 For Android users (phone or tablet) To properly utilize and record your information in your Action Plan, it is recommended that you save a copy of the Action Plan to your Android device. The best way to enter the information into the Action Plan is to use Adobe Acrobat Reader, which will allow you to type directly into the Action Plan as well as save and send your Action Plan. If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your device, the following instructions below will guide you through the process of installing Adobe Acrobat Reader and opening and saving your Action Plan. 1. From your device, go to the Play Store (Android) and search for Adobe Acrobat Reader. It is important to confirm that the developer of the app is Adobe. 2. Select to install the app and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation. 3. Follow this link to open the Action Plan. You will be asked to download the Action Plan. The Action Plan will be saved to your Downloads folder. 4

5 4. Open Adobe Acrobat Reader app and tap on Local to find the Action Plan PDF file. 5. After typing in any of the editable fields, tap outside of that field and the information entered will be saved. 6. At the end of the training, you can your completed Action Plan to yourself by clicking on the the Action Plan button located throughout the Action Plan. 7. The next time you open Adobe Acrobat Reader app, the Action Plan will be available under Recent 2018 Wyndham Hotel Group 5

6 For iphone or ipad users To properly utilize and record your information in your Action Plan, it is recommended that you save a copy of the Action Plan to your iphone or ipad. The best way to enter the information into the Action Plan is to use Adobe Acrobat Reader, which will allow you to type directly into the Action Plan as well as save and send your Action Plan. If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your device, the following instructions below will guide you through the process of installing Adobe Acrobat Reader and opening and saving your Action Plan. 1. From your device, go to the App Store and search for Adobe Acrobat Reader. It is important to confirm that the developer of the app is Adobe. 2. Select to install the app and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation. 3. Follow this link to open the Action Plan. The Action Plan will open in your browser. In the top left of the PDF, tap More and tap Copy to Adobe Acrobat. 6

7 4. The Action Plan will open in Adobe Acrobat Reader. 5. After typing in any of the editable fields, tap outside of that field and the information entered will be saved. When you are done entering information for the day you can leave the app. 6. If you close the app out and want to enter more information, tap the Adobe Acrobat Reader app and select the Action Plan PDF file. 7.
