2 Example of description / Request information file creation page This page is for creating a data file to make a request of a supplier. Enter details of the request and submit the information file to the supplier. Enter requester information. - Fill in the boxes of the Requester page and click [Register template], then a popup window is displayed. Click [OK] to save the template. Clicking [Import template] opens a popup window, and clicking [OK] imports essential information into the Information on requester On/Off section. Items marked with an asterisk "*" and in English are entry required. Be sure to fill them in. Organization ID and Company ID boxes of the Requester page are left blank. Select from the pulldown By clicking Company > Enter > Requester, the Requester page is opened in another window. - Fill in Reference number, Request date and Reply deadline boxes. Do not select the "Compliance only" checkbox. Direct entry is not available. Data is imported from the template. Select an area targeting electric/electronics to make a request. 3 Example of description / General information entry page This page is to be filled in by business partners to reply. The information about the issuer and the authorizer must be registered to the templates to be entered in these boxes. Enter general information with regard to the requester's product name. Enter information about the issuer and the authorizer. Fill in boxes and click [Register template]. After a popup window is displayed, click [OK] to save the template. Clicking [Import template] opens a popup window, and clicking [OK] imports essential information into the Issuer/Authorizer section. Items marked with an asterisk "*" and in English are entry required. Be sure to fill them in. Organization ID and Company ID boxes can be left blank. By clicking Company > Enter > Issuer/Authorizer to select, the Issuer/Authorizer information entry window opens. Fill in the Reference number, Preparation Date and Authorization Date boxes.
