But clicking on the column header does not yield anything On Hold Software variance This will require a CIRA patch Unable to Make CSP Adjustments Once One or More Resource Offers Have Been Cancelled Once we successfully cancelled a resource from the Intramonthly submittal, we were prevented from making any other changes to the other resources. We were met with the warning that the deleted resource needs to have a non-zero price and a non-zero capacity: Offer Price for Resource HUMBPP_1_UNITS3 for the month 1 should be greater than 0 MW value for resource HUMBPP_1_UNITS3 for the month 1 is mandatory" This error should not occur since the resource has been cancelled altogether so the system should not be concerned with its MWs or price To further trouble-shoot, we also cancelled all resources in the January Monthly submittal and were also prevented from adding any new resources to January Monthly once we did so. Intramonthly CSP offers should not have those columns available since users are prohibited from submitting those products On Hold Usability CPM CSP Map-Stage Submitter Details Fields When trying to change the submitter details at bottom of CSP pages, just hitting backspace inside of "SC " or similar field caused me to lose all information I entered and didn't save. I could not overwrite the information in the cells, not even to add an alternate . The only free writing place was in the "SC Description" box. Question about the "Submitter Details" field: Is this the point of contact who will receive notification regarding a CPM designation? PG&E is interested in adding the phone number and to its Real-time desk so that the utility can respond on time On Hold Usability CIRA - CSP Offer Screen - Exports - The Ities list of resources shows Export Resources (SDG3_NOB_E_F_NOB and SDG3_ELDORADO230_E_F_DESTAR) On Hold Enhancement This is a usability issue that we can address via an enhancement This will require a usability fix to the application. We will schedule this to be included in an upcoming patch The SC and other information at the bottom is not-editable to the SC. It is populated from the Certificate of the user. The SC comments are supposed to be entered by internal users if they ever had to submit offers on behalf of an SC. We will make some UI changes on the screen to make this more apparent and less confusing. This is just related to the user submitting the offer and is not the contact for CPM designation at this point in time This will require an enhancement to the application. We will schedule this to be included in an upcoming patch Cancelling Resource from CSP Offer Requires Comment Field We tested the offer adjustment portion of Scenario 4A for CSP offer submittals, we noticed that cancelling a resource required us to fill in the "comments" column. We feel that this should not be a required field as it is unnecessarily tedious, especially if you are cancelling a large number (or all) resources. On Hold Enhancement We understand that as laid out currently, it will put a burden on the customer to provide the comments separately on many resources. We are looking into how we can provide an option to enter a single comment and have that apply to the entire transaction Page 8

I've been able to login as SDG3 and export to Excel/CSV/PDF successfully for Jan 2016 offers for example. Can you please provide more details on how to replicate this PEAK Results Report Issue- Market Sim - Not showing ITIES that are subset of days Closed Software variance CIRA - CSP Offers UI 1. The SC 2 field is non-editable 2. The SC Description field is non-editable Closed Inquiry Rootcause identified. Software patch released to MapStage this morning The SC and other information at the bottom is not-editable to the SC. It is populated from the Certificate of the user. The SC comments are supposed to be entered by internal users if they ever had to submit offers on behalf of an SC. We will make some UI changes on the screen to make this more apparent and less confusing Resource with Shown RA Accepted into CSP The resource, Bangor_6_Hydro, was submitted into the Jan 2016 RA plan on 11/12 as part of Structured Scenario 2A for the full NQC/EFC (0.41MW). However, we were able to offer this capacity (0.41MW) into the Jan 2016 CSP and see it accepted during the Structured Scenario 4A simulation on 11/17. This resource should have been ineligible since these MW were shown RA. Thus, we expected CIRA validations to not allow us to offer these MW into the CSP. Please advise. Closed Inquiry The CSP offer submission does not consider existing RA, replacements, substitutions etc and will allow for offer submission up until the NQC/PMAx of the unit. These numbers are validated and adjusted down during the FInal Offer Validation process CIRA - CSP Offer Screen - The Area column is sometimes populated with blank data. As an example, BREGGO_6_SOLAR shows no Local area or Sys as a field Closed Data issue This was due to a data discrepancy between MapStage and Production. The data has been copied over now and customers should see that populated. Page 9

13 Structured Scenarios 1A NQC Timeline Execute on - 11/09/2015 to 11/11/2015 Submit NQC on 11/09 ISO to validate on 11/10 View approved requests on 11/12 Submit requests for 2016 trade year Scenario Overview: NQC template has to be submitted by SC and all fields are required. Admin tab has primary contact and secondary contact similar to RA plan template. Once the request has been processed the primary and secondary contact will get an regarding approval/rejection. SCs may access the NQC report details page in CIRA to view the NQC list which will contain all approved requests, area, deliverability, NQC values. Note: Please submit the QC values for different fuel types SC action: Submit the request for different resources to test the upload functionality and validate the notification and NQC request details page ISO action: Production data will be copied over to map stage and ISO will process the requests Data set up: SC action: Test ISO will copy over the NQC screens NQC and PMAX in CIRA for values from resource level production. 14 Structured Scenarios 2A CIRA Enhancements Timeline Execute on -11/09/2015 to 11/13/2015 Test this scenario for January/February 2016 compliance trade month Upload RA/Supply Plans on 11/9; View results on 11/10 Resubmit plans to fix errors on 11/12; View results on 11/13 Scenario Overview: Validate CIRA enhancements: 1) Submit RA plan, Supply plan 2) Use new RA template in CIRA 3) Check deficiency results 4) Check CV 4) Check notification 5) Check new Obligation screen 6) Resubmit plan irrespective of plan status SC action: Submit RA/Supply plans which are deficient and contain mismatches. View results and resubmit the plans to fix any discrepancies Note: Along with January plans please upload February RA/Supply plans which will be used for scenario 6B. ISO action: Run validation. ISO will trigger the validation manually and participants should get an notification when the CV is run for the first time Data set up: 1) ISO will copy over NQC, PMAX, IA, EFC values from production. All 2016 data should be available in map stage. 2) Peak obligation and local obligation for 2016 will be used. If LSEs want to use a different obligation then please notify ISO prior to 10/31 so ISO can set it up. Page 14

15 Structured Scenarios 3A IA Manage view bilateral trades of IA Execute on -11/16/2015 to 11/17/2015 Submit trades for 2016 trade year Overview: 1) Submit bilateral trades 2) View bilateral trades 3) View base import allocation data This functionality is only for bilateral transfers of IA. ISO is looking in to posting the trades on OASIS for a future release. SC action: Submit bilateral trades and view bilateral trades, net import allocation and base import allocation data ISO action: None. Trades are auto approved if the requests pass validation. Data set up: 1) ISO will copy over IA, values from production. Page 15
