Are there additional fees for help features? Is this by user, module, etc.? Can we create customized schemas? How much flexibility do we have? We use Google Desired control over metadata when linking to website from other sites (e.g. social media). Need to be able to edit this easily to produce desired images, information, etc. Highly desired; necessary for back-end searching and more image tagging functionality Need bulk import/migration using XML from Ektron including folder system. Will also want to use XML for import/export in daily operations Not required but built-in file conversion tools would be useful; request for demo of functionality ADA compliance required; ease of identifying and converting content into compliance. Metadata required fileds for content submissions? Including images, documents, content, etc. Training needs to be user-friendly with as much detail being provided by vendor Reporting is secondary concern; request for demo

Provided that training documents are useful and user-friendly, interactive wizard tool is a "nice to have" but not required. Request for demo to see what options are available outside of the tools we already use A "submit-approve-publish" cycle should be sufficient but if there is more plese describe. Comments are potentially useful for providing context Examples required of page presentation versus responsive design This should be standard; social media integration is extremely important If they already support multiple languages, we'd like to see which ones This is a demo question This issue was raised in our most recent focus group Especially if able to pull from our existing CRM This is a very high priority want. Not a requirement, but would be amazing to have.

Accessibility is a must; format validation, spelling, and privacy are also incredibly useful, esp. for a decentralized workflow This should be standard VERY important in a large college website Anything in addition to what Google Analytics can provide? Ties in with personalization; would be good to see any of these capabilities in a demo Yes; both please Especially for news and events content This ties in with personalization, which is a priority going forward Require administrative access to design and control global templates (wizard?) with ease without backend server access Content efficacy, readability, and discoverability in search important to focus group.

Desire for more control without having to modify backend code files Required functionality as current system does not allow Please provide specific details pertaining to options for testing new content prior to publishing Should be industry standard Demo required Provide specific details

We're definitely looking for a cloud-based system and backup If cloud, how do we test updates in adance and can we control roll-out; how are customizations handled Provide specific details CRM Dymamics 20 Recruit SharePoint 203 MyCCAC
