16 Styles Templates > Edit Styles Styles are resolution independent until an image is added. Scale Photoshop Images for the largest template (usually about 3000px 3000px) Styles can be applied to any template

20 Styles Turned off on Graphic Blocks by default You can turn off styles on image openings Usually if the image bleeds to outside edge Borders, Spaces and Mats are absolute in size

24 Auto-Create Single-Image Per-Page Album Create an Image Set containing images for album Go to Working with Books Mode Choose Book Design (size parameters) Select Template Group Set Smart filtering to One Image Auto Rotate enabled (square albums) Select all Images, drag to template Choose Styles Production > Send Book to Production > Selected Book Run High - Res production

25 Build Auto-create Album

26 Creating a Duplicate Book of another size and style Create another Book design with the dimensions of your smaller/larger book (under Templates menu). This can be the same page shape or different While Working with Books, change to Thumbnail View and select an empty Book from the Thumbnail bar (one without a check mark in it) Assign your smaller/larger book's design to this book Select the Book to be copied from in the Thumbnail bar. Select all the pages in that book using Control-A (on PC) or Cmd-A (on Mac). Drag all the pages and drop them onto the icon for the new book while holding the Alt/Option key down. The page sizes (page layouts) will be adjusted to the new book's size*. (Holding the Alt/Option key down tells ProSelect to make a duplicate of all the pages rather than just moving them to the other book.) Select the second book again and check all pages are correct. If the second Book's pages are a different shape some cropping adjustment might be required if the openings have been stretched to fit - do this is cropping view. Change Styles if desired. Send Book to Production > Selected Book Production > Produce High-Res Images Knowledge Base Article
