1 Mobile booking application is available for Apple and Android devices. Open App Store for Apple or Google Play for Android Search for application My Family Lounge and install 1. DOWNLOAD THE APP 2. SIGN IN 3. CLICK GET STARTED 4. SELECT CASUAL BOOKINGS 5. SELECT SERVICE & CHILD Page 1
2 To BOOK a CASUAL DAY Available days will display in GREEN Days that are NOT available are in RED Your Booked days will display in PURPLE Return to the Casual Booking Screen to select another service or another Child then repeat Step 6 6. SELECT YOUR DAYS 7. CREATE BOOKING 8. BOOKING CONFIRMED Page 2
3 Please Note: There is NO confirmations to confirm Bookings, refer to your booking calendar to review your booked days as per the legend. BOOKING LEGEND Page 3
4 To CANCEL a booking Go to your calendar Select the date (booked days display in Purple) Click cancel booking. Once cancelled you will receive a success cancellation message BOOKING CALENDAR CONFIRM Page 4
5 STEP 1 > LOG ON TO YOUR ACCOUNT Open a new tab in your web browser and enter Enter your address and created password login details and click on Sign-In Once signed in, select QK Enrol (highlighted yellow) Page 5
6 STEP 2 > ENSURE YOUR ENROLMENT IS COMPLETE The screen loads and displays your account information Ensure you have completed enrolment by viewing your child s enrolment information. If your child s enrolment information shows as view enrolment you have completed the required steps and are now eligible to book in for casual days. Page 6
7 To book your desired casual days navigate to CASUAL BOOKINGS section Click on Add Casual Booking - Screen will load Page 7
8 From the three drop down menus on the right Select: Child: Select Child Service: Select your Centre s Name Room: Select your child s enrolled room Click Save and Exit once you have made your selection from all 3 drop down lists - Screen loads The Screen loads to display the booking calendar Available days are highlighted in GREEN, Days that are not available are highlighted in RED and Booked days display in PURPLE. You can use the Blue arrows on either side of the Date to move forward or back If you have more than one child or selected more than one service use the drop downs to select another child or an alternate service Page 8
9 SS Select the date from the available days Click Book Selected Day Days booked will display in Purple Repeat this step to book the days of care you require If you have multiple children or multiple services to choose from complete 1 full booking per child per site at a time. Click Save Changes and select another child or service and repeat the above steps Page 9
10 SS STEP 4 > AMENDING /CANCEL YOUR BOOKING You can amend your booking at any time by clicking on Add Casual Booking To cancel a booking day select the date from the calendar (Booked days display in Purple) Click Cancel Booking Repeat this process to remove multiple days from your calendar Click Save and Exit or Save Changes and reselect different child or service if required Page 10
11 SS Steps on how to book and cancel a CASUAL DAY STEP 5 > REVIEWING YOUR BOOKING / ACCOUNT Returning to your account information screen you will be able to view your booked days of vacation care. To Book or cancel days Click on Add Casual Booking Clicking on any of the Edit text will enable you to edit that section of your account information. Once you have finished Click on Log Out. Page 11
