1 I. Booking for the First Time Broadway Central Medical Clinic Internet Booking Instructions II. Logging Out/Switching Accounts/Changing your Password/Editing your Account Information I. Booking for the FIRST TIME 1. To book an appointment ensure you have registered your address with our clinic. If you have not signed up for internet booking with our clinic, please call: during business hours or with your name, address and phone number. Please allow up to 1 week for us to authenticate that you are a registered patient with our clinic. This is being done to protect availability of our appointments to registered clinic patients only. 2. Go to broadwaycentralmed.com and click on the link Book Online Appointment. Alternatively, you may use the following link and save this for quicker access: IPHONE USERS: See instructions below to add this link as an app on your IPhone 3. You will see this intro page. Currently ONLY REGULAR 10 minute Appointments can be booked online. Please call our office if a pap, physical, well child visit, immunization, WorkSafe/ICBC visit or counselling appointment is required.
2 4. Choose your appointment type currently only Regular 10 Minute Appointments can be booked online. 5. The appointment page defaults to All PROVIDERS (No Preference). If you would like to see a specific provider s schedule, click under the Show Availabilities for Pull Down Menu and click on the downward arrow Click on details link to the left of the downward arrow to see any further details regarding locum coverage during this period or other information specific to the provider.
3 6. Choose an appointment time or scroll through the calendar. Dates with available appointments are highlighted on the calendar on the right Once you have chosen an appointment time you will get to the login page. Login with your and the password you were sent. If you have not yet received a password, click on the link Get a new one! next to No Password? If you have already registered your with us, a new password will be sent to you. Contact the clinic if you have not registered your address.
4 9. Once you have logged in, please verify your name, contact details and enter a reason for your visit. 10. You will be sent an confirming your visit request and another confirming your appointment. 11. Appointment reminders will typically be ed 48 hours before your appointment. 12. Instructions for rescheduling and canceling your appointments are in the appointment confirmation.
5 Please note it is office policy to charge $35 if you miss, reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice. You will be unable to cancel your appointment or reschedule changes online within 24 hours of your appointment and will need to call the office if you require any changes. II. Logging Out/Switching Accounts/Changing your Password/Editing your Account Information To logout/switch accounts or edit your account: Go to: Please log in with the temporary password you were ed. If you have not signed up for internet booking with our clinic, please call: during business hours or with your name, and phone number. Please allow up to 1 week for us to authenticate that you are a registered patient with our clinic. This is to protect availability of our appointments to registered clinic patients only. Once you have successfully logged in, there are 3 main tabs on the top of the page 1. Welcome 2. My Account 3. Appointments Welcome Tab Allows you to: - See a summary of your appointments - Make New Appointments - Cancel/Reschedule appointments
6 My Accounts Tab Allows you to: - Edit your Personal Contact Details - Change your Password (under Personal Details Section) - Change Personal Notification Preferences for Reminders
