1. NAVpilot Integration with NavNet TZtouch2 TZTL12F/15F v6.01 refines the NAVpilot Control Window in the Navigation data box and Instrument page with larger icons and numbers.

Integration with NavNet TZtouch2 MFDs offers more benefits than the previous versions.

V601 also adds accessibility to all steering modes and Navpilot-300 Installation Menu Latest NAVpilot Series Autopilot NAVpilot-300 The NAVpilot-300 is a compact autopilot that fits on a variety of power boats. Integration with NavNet TZtouch2 MFDs offers more benefits than the previous versions. NAVpilot-700 and NAVpilot-711C The NAVpilot-700 and NAVpilot-711C have been sold and installed on a variety of boats and integrated with NavNet TZtouch and TZtouch2 MFDs Integrating NAVpilot Series Autopilots in a NavNet TZtouch2 Network The following diagrams show how the latest NAVpilot series autopilot models are integrated in the NavNet TZtouch2 network, as well as NavNet TZtouch for comparison. NAVpilot-300 with TZTL12F/15F v6.01 and later TZTL12F/15F v6.01 is effectively integrated with the NAVpilot-300 thanks to large graphical images and adjustment icons, as well as access to all steering modes and the Installation Menu. See Section 2 and 3 for details. Note: Make sure that the NAVpilot- 300 control unit FAP-3011 is installed in the network. 1

NAVpilot-700/711C with TZTL12F/15F v6.01 or later NAVpilot-700/711C is integrated with TZTL12F/15F v6.01 or later. The enhanced NAVpilot control window with larger icons and numbers are available on the MFD screen as described in Section 2.

NAVpilot-300 or NAVpilot-700/711C with TZTL12F/15F v5.xx or earlier or TZT9/14/BB The available graphical images, functions, and setting options were limited when connecting the NAVpilot-300 to the TZTL12F/15F (v5.xx or earlier) or TZT9/14/BB. The versatile features with v6.01 and later are NOT available. On the other hand, with the NAVpilot-700/711C connected to the NavNet TZtouch or TZtouch2 network, the available graphical images and functions are identical regardless of display types and versions. 2

2.2. Autopilot Window for NAVpilot-300 The autopilot window for the NAVpilot-300 is slightly different from the NAVpilot-700/711C. The Turn/Setting Icon is available at the bottom of the window.

5 2.2. Autopilot Window for NAVpilot-300 The autopilot window for the NAVpilot-300 is slightly different from the NAVpilot-700/711C. The Turn/Setting Icon is available at the bottom of the window. This Icon enables the user to set the steering mode such as SABIKI or a 90 turn, as well as the ability to access the installation menu. NAVpilot-300 alarms can be indicated on the TZTL12F/15F screens. Left-Data Box / Right- Instrument page Note: (1) Dodge and Wind modes are not supported. (2) NAVpilot-300 alarms CANNOT be acknowledged on the TZTL12F/15F screen. In the AUTO mode, larger arrows are available to adjust course by 1 degree or 10 degrees (default).

6 NAVpilot Control Window on TZTL12F/15F and TZT2BB v6.01 Conventional NAVpilot Control Window on TZTL12F/15F and TZT2BB v5.xx This is a screen when the NAVpilot- 300 is in the STBY mode. The Turn/Setting icons are available only with the NAVpilot-300, not available with the NAVpilot-700. The heading information is shown in a larger size. In the AUTO mode, larger arrows are available to adjust course by 1 degree or 10 degrees (default). Single arrows for 1 degree adjustment and dual arrows for 10 degrees are laid out in different lines to easily and properly requried icons. In the NAV mode, the NAVpilot window shows a highway screen to visually show a cross track error. With the NAVpilot-300 connected, the NAV mode option of [Precision Mode] and [Economy Mode] is also selectable. 5

The NAVpilot-300 Installation Menu is also available through the TZTL12F/15F screen. In the [Settings] [Initial Setup] [NETWORK SENSOR SETUP], available devices are listed. Select [NAVpilot-300 (Processor)] to access the setup page for initial settings of NAVpilot-300.
