It is a module that extends the capabilities of Reliability Management to include high speed, dynamic waveform data along with time series data into the analytics set. Operation and Asset Managers in capital intensive process industries can now easily employ predictive and prescriptive analytics. You can quickly identify and prioritize machinery health issues across multiple monitoring technologies and from individual machines to a complete enterprise. A Predix*-enabled data connectivity solution, Enterprise Impact increases accessibility and usability across the System 1 suite. It connects key data sources and systems like SmartSignal, Meridium and beyond, to enable broad deployment of Asset Performance Management (APM) on premise and in the Cloud and to integrate high-speed machinery protection data with process historian data. It adds robust prioritizations, insightful/intelligent apparent causes, detailed risk classifications, and failure mode specifics to enrich APM asset policies and strategies. Enterprise Impact includes a web-based and mobile enterprise view providing a single, secure access point for machinery health surveillance and KPI reporting. Unlike disconnected point solutions and single mode monitoring, Enterprise Impact provides holistic and proactive health information for the entire enterprise. It is designed for simple interaction with complex data sets and easy to navigate using an intuitive hierarchy with the ability to move quickly to and from a fleet, a site, an equipment train, or machine. These three components can be installed on the same server or on separate servers depending on the size of the data sources.
