Between Jobs sets the same offset position for the entire print job regardless of the number of copies printed. This menu item appears only when a staple finisher is installed. Set the time in seconds that the printer waits for user intervention before it holds jobs that require unavailable resources and continues to print other jobs in the print queue. Note: This menu item appears only when a printer hard disk is installed. Select between a faster print speed and a higher toner yield when printing. Specify where to save all permanent resources, such as fonts and macros, that have been downloaded to the printer. Note: This menu item appears only when a printer hard disk is installed. Determine what the printer does with downloaded resources, such as fonts and macros, when it receives a job that requires more than the available memory. Notes: When set to, the printer retains downloaded resources only until memory is needed. Resources associated with the inactive printer language are deleted. When set to, the printer preserves all the permanent downloaded resources across all language switches. When necessary, the printer shows memory full messages instead of deleting permanent resources.

Adjust the brightness, contrast, and saturation for color output. Note: This setting does not affect files where CMYK color specifications are used.

Manual allows the customization of the RGB or CMYK color conversions applied to each object on the printed page. Print sample pages for each of the RGB and CMYK color conversion tables used in the printer. Calibrate the printer to adjust color variations in the printed output. Assign specific CMYK values to twenty named spot colors. Match the colors of the printed output to the original document. Notes: This menu item requires that you select the Display True Black color table. This menu item appears only in the Embedded Web Server. Job Accounting Note: This menu appears only when a printer hard disk is installed. Job Accounting Set the printer to create a log of the print jobs that it receives.

Note: The current host name defined in the TCP/IP menu is used as the default log file prefix.
