4 Accessing eservices Please use the following link to log on to eservices: Logging onto eservices for the first time After receiving your eservices user details (User ID, RSA SecurID and initial PIN), you will be able to log on. Proceed step by step as described below. To enter the secure area of the eservices site: Token Code Enter your User ID Enter your PIN Enter the Token Code as shown on your RSA SecurID Press the Login button Indicator 2

5 After the first successful eservices log on, you will be required to change your PIN immediately. Enter a new PIN (use only numbers a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8) Re-type your new PIN in the Confirm new PIN field Press the Send button The successful change of your newly entered PIN will be confirmed as shown below: Following your successful PIN change you can now log on using the Login button. Important: Before you log on to eservices after each subsequent PIN change, you must wait for a new token code e.g. wait up to one minute until a new number is shown on the RSA SecurID, otherwise you will not be able to log on. 6 Subsequent log on to eservices Using your personal credentials (User ID, PIN and Token Code), you are able to log on. Proceed step by step as described below: Enter your User ID Enter your personal PIN Enter the Token Code as shown on your RSA SecurID Press the Login button Once you have successfully logged on you will be able to use eservices. Exiting eservices If you want to exit eservices: click on Logout (at the top right of the navigation bar) to leave the secure area of eservices After logging off, we recommend that you delete any data stored temporarily on your computer (cache, history, etc.). FAQ - frequently asked questions What are the eservices credentials? eservices credentials consist of a: User ID PIN Token Code Whilst entering your credentials into the eservices login window, the input is checked directly. The following reminder may be shown: 4

7 What are common eservices error messages? The following screen will be shown whenever the information you have entered is incorrect: If you enter an incorrect token code 3 times in succession, the account will lock. Please contact your relationship manager and then when the account has been unlocked this screen will show: When will the access to eservices be automatically locked? After entering the PIN incorrectly three times in succession, the eservices account will be locked automatically. Please note, for security reasons no particular error-message will be shown within the browser when the eservices account is locked. The access to eservices will also be locked, if you have not verified your log on credentials within one month of receiving them. Why is there no message informing me my account is locked? To prevent unauthenticated users from phishing for valid accounts, we do not indicate whether an account is locked or the authentication has failed. What shall I do if I am locked out of eservices? If you are locked out of eservices please get in touch with your relationship manager. 5

8 When will the access to eservices be disconnected automatically due to inactivity? Your session will be disconnected automatically from eservices after 10 minutes of inactivity within eservices. Which internet browsers are supported for eservices? Supported browsers are Internet Explorer 8.x/9.x, Firefox 3.x-6.x and Safari 1.x-5.x. You will need the Adobe Flash Plug-in for displaying the full eservices functionality. How can I change the text view (size) within eservices? Changing the font size is a convenient way of having a larger section of the screen displayed if required and thus reducing the need to scroll. Where to find the options for changing font size depends on the browser that you use, we have included instructions for popular internet browsers which may be of use to you.
