Enhancements: Staff User Profile: Added Engager auto-assignment criteria for the Workflow Engine (requires the Workflow Engine app): Added a Configure Engager Coverage screen. Staff Module Navigation: Setup -> Manage Users -> Manage Users -> click the Edit link for the target Staff User. Coverage Area (County/State) All products, clients and coverage areas appear as unselected in the configuration screen by default (for all users). In this state: Auto-assign Engager Workflow items behave as if all products, clients and coverage areas are selected. All orders are visible to all users (Office assignments are respected when the Multi-Office and Enhanced Multi-Office apps are enabled). *This was done to preserve current functionality, until staff configures the Engager criteria. Configuring products, clients and/or coverage areas for an Engager will: Restrict their eligibility for auto-assignment to orders meeting their selected criteria. When configuration is complete, click the Close button to exit the window. Added an Exclude from Auto-Assign? setting to the Edit User screen. When enabled, the selected Engager is excluded from all auto-assign Engager Workflow items and must be manually assigned to orders. This option can be utilized to exclude Engagers from auto-assign, while limiting their access to orders via the Configure Engager Coverage screen. *Engagers are auto-assigned using a round robin method (as they are today), based on their configured criteria. *Auto-assign Engager Workflow items are only triggered when the Engager field on the order form is blank. Client User Profile: Added the setting: Allow user to send File Inquiries to the office? to the Staff Module Add Client User and Edit Client User screens: When set to "Yes" (the default value): The "File Inquiries" link will appear on the Client Module Order Form. page 4
The File Inquiries link will appear on the Client Module Commercial Order Details screen (requires Commercial Order Form app). The "File Inquiries" button will appear on the Client Module Main Menu Navigation. When set to "No:" The "File Inquiries" link will not appear on the Client Module Order Form. The "File Inquiries" button will not appear on the Client Module Main Menu Navigation. Added a HasAccesstoFileInquiries field to the etrac Report Builder Client Users Report. When selected, this field will display Yes if the setting is enabled for the Client User. When selected, this field will display No if the setting is disabled for the Client User. Client Profile: Added automated assignment of the Client Profile Engager to the order. When an Engager is assigned to the Client Profile, that Engager is automatically assigned to the Client's orders (after the order is saved). *This update applies to orders entered in the Staff and Client Modules as well as through the RealEC Integration. A Client Profile Engager assignment overrides any Auto-Assign Engager items configured in the Workflow Engine (requires the Workflow Engine app). Engager assignment will only occur when the Engager field on the order form is blank. Added the setting: Require Borrower Email? (Order Form section) page 5

When the Require Borrower Email in Client Module Order Form system setting is set to "Yes:" The Client Profile Require Borrower Email? setting is ignored. All Client Users are required to enter text in the Client Module Order Form "Borrower Email" field to submit an order (this setting applies to all Clients). *Format validation is not available on the Borrower Email field. A red asterisk is displayed adjacent to the Borrower Email drop down menu in the Client Module Order Form. *The above settings apply to the following order forms: Standard Residential Order Form Commercial Order Form (requires the Commercial Order Form app) Non-Editable Client User Fields Order Form (requires the Non-Editable Client User Fields Order Form app) Maintenance: Automated etrac Report Builder: Implemented an automated reset feature to resolve Automated ERB items (based on the etrac Report Builder Appraisers Report) when they are stuck in process for 2 hours. Any reset items will be re-triggered once cleared (requires the Automated ERB Emails and etrac Report Builder apps). Client Module: Implemented performance updates to the Client Module file upload feature. Land Use Category and Land Use are now optional fields. Client User Profile: The Client User Email Notifications feature now supports up to 500 standard and custom Order Statuses. *Custom Order Statuses require the Custom Status app page 7
Staff Module Order Form: Resolved duplicate Workflow Engine items triggered by Staff Module file uploads (requires the Workflow Engine app). Date Completed and Date In Review are now saved according to the Company Time Zone setting (Staff Module: Setup -> Company Profile -> What is the time zone in your primary company office?) as a result of the following processes: The Order Status changes to Completed or In Review via the "Schedule Notification" Workflow Action (requires the Workflow Engine app) The Order Status changes to Completed or In Review via RealEC Status Mapping configuration (requires the RealEC app). The "Enhanced Vendor File Upload" app is enabled, and the Order Status changes to In Review via a Vendor Module file upload. A Vendor User manually changes the Order Status to Completed. NOTES: The above processes apply to the following Vendor Module order forms: Standard Residential Order Form Commercial Order Form (requires the Commercial Order Form app) The etrac Report Builder General and Status History Reports will display the Date Completed and Date In Review values in the Company Time Zone as well (requires the etrac Report Builder app). Modified the Client 2 Search feature to filter results by the selected Client 2 Type. *This update applies to the following Staff Module order forms: Standard Residential Order Form Non-Editable Client User Fields Order Form (requires the Non-Editable Client User Fields Order Form app) Added the Sales Rep field to the Order Details screen. When a Sales Rep is selected in the order form, the Sales Rep name now appears on the Order Details view. page 8
User Permissions: User Permissions Cleanup (requires the User Permissions app): Resolved Issues with the following Permissions: (Main Menu) Resolved error message displayed when a user clicked the File Number link with the View Unassigned Orders permission checked and the Update Orders permission unchecked. The "Add AVM/Data Analytics Order" navigation button is now hidden when the Access AVM/Data Analytics Products permission is unchecked. (Reports Menu) The "Volume by Account Manager" navigation button is now hidden when the Volume Reports permission is unchecked. Removed the Average Corrects permission for all companies Removed the Appraiser Distance permission for all companies (Tools Menu) Removed the "View Knowledge Base" permission (the underlying functionality was decommissioned). (Setup Menu): Delete links in the Product List screen are now hidden when the Delete Products permission is unchecked. Delete links in the Manage Users screen are now hidden when the Delete Staff Users permission is unchecked. The Delete Vendors button in the Manage Vendors left menu navigation is now hidden when the Delete Vendors permission is unchecked. The Update Vendor link in the Update Vendor screen is now hidden when the Download Vendor List permission is unchecked. The following Top Menu Navigation buttons are now hidden when all related permissions are unchecked: Main Search Accounting Reports Setup Tools * Companies with custom reports under the Reports and Accounting menus should ensure at least one report is selected in each menu (for users that need access to the custom reports). This is required so the Report and Accounting menus remain accessible. If the "What would you like to use as the Staff Home Page?" system setting is set to "View Queues" and the new Standard Queues permission is disabled for the logged in user, the Standard Queues row in the Queues table is now hidden. If the "What would you like to use as the Staff Home Page?" system setting is set to "View Queues" and the new Report Builder Queues permission is disabled for the logged in user, the Report Builder Queues row in the Queues table is now hidden. Workflow Engine: Added database logging to the Workflow Engine app. Data captured in the log files will be used to identify the reason the Deliver Files Action does not create and attach an invoice file (where configured). Addressed an issue where the Workflow Engine FHA filter was not saved when set to No (i.e., FHA = No). Also as an FYI, the following non-etrac items were also pushed live along with the etrac 6.1 update: The Web Services API was updated to add a new status history record when the Order Status is updated via a Web Service call. Previously, the previous Current Status message was displayed, which caused confusion. The UCDP Integration updated to increase the server connection timeout. This resolves an issue sending large, multiple file requests to the UCDP. page 12
