Get started: Select Set up Touch ID, Set up Fingerprint Sign-In or Set up Face ID on the homepage. Enter your passcode, sign in to the app, and accept the terms & conditions. Match your fingerprint by touching your finger to the home button, or match your face by positioning it within the guidelines. That s it. Use it on your next sign-in. Ready. Set. Alerts. Choose alerts in our app to monitor everything from available balances to unusual card activity. Here s how: Select the Bell icon or Alerts from the main menu. Bill pay. Your way. It s simple: Schedule secure bill payments to individuals or businesses. You choose the amount and when to pay. Select Bill Pay within our app. Tap Make a Single Payment and select Pay To or tap Add Pay To Accounts to set up a new one. Tap and select Pay From. If you have paid this payee before, Pay From will automatically populate. Enter how much and when to pay, then tap Make Payment. One. Two. Three. Transfer. Transfer funds between your eligible linked Bank of America bank accounts & Merrill Lynch investment accounts 0, including making Bank of America account and bill payments. It s easy: Select Transfer Send within our app. Tap Make a Transfer under the Between My Accounts section. Select the From & To accounts and enter the amount and date. Tap Schedule Transfer. If they aren t yet registered, they will receive a text or email on how to get started. Delivery may take longer (- business days) the first time.

Request cash. Get paid back. Request money from friends and family. There s no fee, 7 and you receive money directly into your account. Make it happen: Tap Transfer Send and then select Request. Choose or set up the email for the contact who owes you money and enter the amount. Include an optional note, confirm and tap Request Money. Your request will be sent right away. Split the bill. No big deal. Divide it up: Easily divide bills in one transaction, with no fee 7 to receive money directly into your account. Tap Transfer Send and select Split. Choose the email for the contact(s) who owe(s) you money, and enter the total amount. For a split request, the app will calculate each person s share. Include an optional note, confirm and tap Request Money. Your request will be quickly sent to each individual.

Digital world. Digital Wallet. Using Digital Wallets is a fast, secure way to make in-store, in-app or online purchases, while still getting the same card rewards and benefits you enjoy. Set up yours with your eligible Bank of America credit or debit card, or Merrill Lynch credit card. Give it a go: In the app, tap on the account you want to add to your Digital Wallet. Scroll to Digital Wallet Management. Select the wallets you want to use and follow the simple steps. Once your cards are loaded, you re ready to make purchases in-store, in-app or online at eligible merchants. Don t worry: Choose Manage Debit/Credit Card from the menu, and swipe to your card. Lock your debit card by toggling the lock switch on. To unlock, switch off. If you need to order a new card, select Replace ATM/Debit or Credit Card. To finish ordering your card, confirm your address, verify and tap Place Order.

Get your score: To enroll, tap Get your FICO Score on an eligible credit card account page. Review and accept the terms and conditions that pop up. Select FICO Score on a credit card account page to see your score. Check back every month for an update. Start today: Go to the Accounts Overview page and tap Schedule an Appointment. Select your discussion topic. Choose a center near you and a specific banker if applicable. Select a date and time, confirm your details and tap Make Appointment.

More features you ll enjoy ATMs Use your phone to get cash and make deposits To make withdrawals and deposits at one of our cardless ATMs, 8 simply load your debit card to your Digital Wallet through our app. Then use your Digital Wallet to access your card at the ATM. When you place a lock on your debit or ATM card via Online or Mobile Banking, it will prevent most types of card transactions from being processed until you take action to unlock your card. Any virtual cards linked to the locked card will also be locked. However, the lock will not stop card transactions presented as a new recurring or a previously scheduled recurring transaction by the merchant, transactions using other cards linked to your deposit account, or the posting of refunds or credit adjustments to your account. Additionally, transactions that occurred prior to locking the card will not be affected. Locking your card is not a replacement for reporting your card lost or stolen.
