This makes the crane operator s job easier and more efficient. CAMERA MODULE OPTION The camera module measures the oscillations of the load in crane, trolley, and skew direction as well as the lifting height. In this way external factors such as pull, wind, or an initial oscillation can be compensated. The camera module consists of a camera with a powerful flash in the infrared range, and a passive reflector on the load handling device. OBSTACLE MANAGEMENT OPTION Known obstacles are avoided and speed limits are adhered to in defined zones. Obstacles and zones can be combined into groups and can be dynamically turned on or off via the PLC. System Requirements: registered obstacle data, position encoder for crane and trolley travel gear. TRACKING CONTROL OPTION The lane or synchronization controller LENNIX.India is also available as a software option for LENNIX.India. ALWAYS ON THE RIGHT TRACK WITH LENNIX.Foxtrot LENNIX.Foxtrot is a tracking controller ensuring that the crane wheels are centrically kept the rail track or in the configuration as concurrent-run controller both crane sides are kept to same height level. This result is achieved through separate control of both driving sides of crane. The controller receives information about position and travelling direction of crane from a number of sensors. ADVANTAGES No wear of the tracking control elements No tilt of the crane structure Cost reduction because of no wheel changes LASER PRECISE MEASURING Two laser scanners are used to provide the position of the crane. 3
