File Explorer To quickly open the OR File Explorer press the Windows key + E. Click the Start menu, then File Explorer or click the folder icon on the Taskbar. Documents, personal files and documents. These are stored locally on the computer and not backed up by BOCES. This PC, access to you P:drive and the Shared drive. All file should be saved in your P:drive or OneDrive!. Search Quick Access, look for a file or folder by typing part of the name. Also, search by size or date modified
Syncing OneDrive with your File Explorer. Type OneDrive into the search bar. Click OneDrive DeskTop App. (Follow Prompts) Type you BOCES email address and click Sign in. Saving Recommended places to save your documents. To save a document, click on the File option. Choose a location. OneDrive Monroe # BOCES - Saves the document into your BOCES cloud storage.. Set Default Printer. In the search bar type: Printer. Then click on Printers and Scanners (A new window will appear). Left click on a listed printer then left click on Open queue. Click Printer (A new window will appear). Click Set As Default Printer
