The RSI Distribution Center features state-of-the-art construction including beautiful tilt-up concrete panels, 30' minimum clear height, an ESFR sprinkler system, 50' x 50' column spacing and 130' 180' truck courts with extensive trailer storage on-site. MISSION CRITICAL OPERATION WITH 13+ YEAR REMAINING TERM, NNN LEASE STRUCTURE 100% leased through August 31, 2029 to RSI Home Products, Inc., the world s largest manufacturer of laminate cabinetry with annual revenues in excess of $5 million in FY 2014. RSI continues to actively contemplate expansion, currently considering expanding the facility by an additional 141,000 square feet.
