Let s look at the details of hyperdialer and how it works Once you go to the web site to log in www.hyperdialer.com you will see the log in screen. Just enter the user name and password that you were given. You will then see the Main Control Panel. This is your dash board and will show total minutes used, log in dates, total contacts, call recaps and time zones.

To the right you will see the summary panel with total minutes you have along with any new voice mail messages. To the right you will see the dialing dashboard that will show you the calls in the que to go out. You will see the process in real time in each box letting you know if the call is going to voice mail, press 1 or one of many other possible call types.

Contacts Section. Clicking on the contacts link at the top of the page, you will be sent to the contacts section. This is where you can see how many contacts you have. You can switch between different contact lists using the drop down arrow at the top right of the screen as well. The basic information will be displayed as shown by the red arrows. You can also search the record using the search function on the bottom right of the screen. The red X (delete) and the yellow pencil (more info) will either delete or show more information on a specific data record.

You can also go deeper into the record of a specific contact by clicking on the yellow pencil icon You can write notes too as you speak to your prospects And even email them follow ups right from inside of hyperdialer Y clicking on the envelope with the green arrow, you are able to email them

List Function Clicking on the Lists link at the top of the page, you will be sent to the Lists section.

You can delete lists by clicking on the red X or upload new lists using the Upload New List function on the lower right of the page. Just enter the name of the list to upload, click browse and search your computer for the CSV file to upload. Once located, click to select and choose OPEN, The system will upload it for you and it will appear in the system list.

The next step is to match the field names as they are uploaded so that they become useful information. Just use the drop down boxes on the right to match the field information on the left and then click on the Upload My Leads button at the bottom of the page. Running Report You can run call reports from within the Lists section. You can get detailed reports on their calling actions. There are two small ICONS to the right of all lists. The first is the Call Summary Report and the one to the right is the Call Detail Report. Call Summary Report: Doing Predictive dialing or Press 1 Dialing, you will get a report next to each number showing the calling history. For Voice Broadcasting, you will not see this because after you complete a list, you would need to take the report in CSV format, modify or otherwise save the needed data as a new list. Then delete the list in the dialer and upload the new targeted list.

Call Detail Report: This is a handy report that is used after a calling session. It is the one mostly used for one blast sessions. Then by sorting the data you can get even better lists for upload and sending. You can click on either function to get the Export to CSV on the right of the screen to get a CSV detail report. You can then sort and sift those records and do follow up calls accordingly.

You will then be shown a window to open or save the file. This can be opened in MS Excel or the Open Office spreadsheet program. Sample list Recordings Section

The next step is to review the recordings or upload your own. Hyperdialer will have pre-loaded messages on most accounts. However you can record your own using any standard recorder such as www.audacity.com or the Record By Phone function. You will need to have all your recordings in this section BEFORE you do your blast. You will select then from a drop down menu when starting a blast. Once you are in the system, you can review audios, upload audios etc. You can then upload your recording WAV or MP3 as well as Record By Phone.

Upload a File To upload a file, enter your file name and brows to locate your file to upload. Then enter your file name and brows to locate your file to upload. To use the Record By Phone The system will then call the number you have in the CALLBACK box in the My Account section. You will hear prompts that will tell you what to do. Once done, hang up and the file will show in the recording section in about 1 minute. My Account Section In this section you add your personal information. It is vitally important that you have your callback number correct here. This is the number that the hyperdialer will call when people press 1 or during predictive dialing. You can also enter your email settings so that you can email contacts from within the system.

You can also send a test email to test your SMTP settings. Voice Mail Section The voice mail section is where people go when they press #2 on their phone. This is used with the phone broadcast and press 1 broadcaster functions.

Starting a Broadcast Once you have the lists, recording and your personal information all set, you can start a broadcast by clicking on the Start Dial Session button on the top right of the page. You will have many options to select from.

Step 1. Dialing Session Details Select the type of dialing you would like to do.

Voice Broadcast Dialer: This is where you would only use the press #2 for more information (goes to your Personal INTERNAL Hyperdialer voice mail or press 9 to be removed. This is used if you want to screen people and set it and forget it so that they go to listen to your outbound message and then if they press #2 they go to your INTERNAL voice mail. You then will listen to them and call them back or use predictive dialing to follow up. Press 1 Dialer: This is where you would use the press #1 to patch into any number you want. This number would be the Callback number listed in the My Account section. It can be a voice mail number but is usually a number that would go to someone live. You can also have the press #2 for more information (goes to your Personal INTERNAL Hyperdialer voice mail) or press 9 to be removed. The system stops calling each time it connects with someone because this function is designed to get people live to talk to but to screen them first via an outbound recording before they speak to you. Predictive Dialer: This is where you call people and look for live interaction with people in your lists. This is great for call centers, cold calling or follow up on people that have responded to your voice blasts. You would be getting people live on the phone and the system would stop each time you are connected with someone. Qualified Transfer: This is where you call people but have them go through a series of recorded questions before they get to you live. If you want a super screened prospect, you would use this. You would need to have up to 10 recorded questions already in the system in the Recordings section. On each recording, you will need to say Press 1 so they can continue to the next question. Dialing Session recordings This is where you select the appropriate recordings from the drop down menus according to what you want the prospect to hear. Live caller is what the prospect will hear when they pick up their phone. Voice Mail is the message you leave on the prospects voice mail. Personal Voice Mail is the INTERNAL HyperDialer voice mail that they go to when they press 2

Just select from the voice recordings listed for each of these parts. Select your line quantity. When you have selected the appropriate recordings, your l ist and lines, you can select the Start Session button on the top right of the screen. It will process and show you this screen when read. You can Place A Test Call if you d like before you start the session. You can then select Start Dialer.

The dial dashboard on the left of the screen will start to show the dials being done and their current status. You can go to other parts of the dialer as the session is dialing. To go back to the summary screen just click on the Return To Dialing Summary! Link That s all there is to it.
