Registration First Time Logging In Drug Allergies First time logging in from registration, you will be asked to provide any allergies they may have. The other section entry will be sent to an email address where a Pharmacist will enter the allergy to the profile of the patient. 1. When you complete registration you will be asked if you have any allergies with the opportunity to add any new allergies. If you have an allergy on file already it will be listed here as well. If you would like to remove an allergy you will need to call the call center to have it removed. 2. If your allergy is not listed please enter it into the other section and an email will be sent to a pharmacist to enter it on your profile..
How to login Click on the User Name: please use existing username from the old site. If your username does not meet the new requirements, you will be asked to change it after you login. If you have not logged in to the site in over a year, you will need to re-register by clicking the Click here to register button below the login section
Patient Layout Main Menu Current Page Side Menu
Side Menu Balance Shows current balance owed. To get details of why a balance is owed please look at the Payment History tab on the main menu Login Name Shows the current users login name and a link to change the Password on the account. This also contains a button for signing out of your account Current Address Shows the address that prescriptions will be sent to as well as any paper correspondences. Messages & Links This is where useful links will be located, we will also post message links here as well to keep you updated and informed.
Main Menu Patient Information Section This covers all details of patients information. General Information: This page is loaded by default and contains ready only information of what we have on file for you. You are able to add a patient representative to your account. To have one removed please call the NoviXus call center to have it removed. Address Phone: This page is for changing your address, phone numbers and email address. This is also where you enter and setup a temporary address. Temporary Address is used to have your prescriptions sent to a location based of a date range, once the date range is past your main address is used. Insurance: This page displays your insurance information that we have on file. This is not changeable if you need to have the data changed please call NoviXus call center to update.
Main Menu Prescription Management This covers all prescription specific details. Creating Orders is located here Prescriptions: These are color coded based on what can be done with them. By default we have shown all colors. Green are available to order, Red are too early to refill, Black will need Doctor approval Orders: This shows your current and historical orders. The prescriptions and amount of the order is displayed in the details. Status and tracking information with shipping address. With the migration of our previous pharmacy system your historical orders are missing some of the shipping details. Medical Conditions: Displays medical conditions we have on file. You can add an allergy or medical condition but to remove one you will need to call NoviXus call center.
Main Menu Account Management This covers all account specific details. Payment: This is where you make balance payments. Payment Methods: This is where you can add/modify or remove payment cards on file. Payment History: This is where the payment history is displayed. Payments and credits with prescription numbers and invoice numbers associated with the payments.
Main Menu Communication This covers how you can communicate with NoviXus other than the phone. Patient Notifications: This is where you can change the phone number used to have reminder calls placed. You can also turn off or on the 3 types of reminders we have. We have New Rx, Refill and Shipped calls. Ask the Pharmacist: This is a place where you can ask a pharmacist a question and have it answered. These questions are only answered by a pharmacist. Contact Us: These questions are general questions and are handled by our call center staff.
