1.0 Introduction User Manual for Online Application Form for Faculty Recruitment All-India Institute of Medical Sciences was established as an institution of national importance by an Act of Parliament with the objects to develop patterns of teaching in Undergraduate and Post - graduate Medical Education in all its branches so as to demonstrate a high standard of Medical Education in India; to bring together in one place educational facilities of the highest order for the training of personnel in all important branches of health activity; and to attain self -sufficiency in Post-graduate Medical Education. The online mode of Registration for various entrance examinations is in use in AIIMS and in continuation of the same, the online mode of registration is extended for application for recruitment. 2.0 How to Start? To access the online form of recruitment visit our website www.aiimsexams.org. Home Page
Click on Recruitments tab available on home page of our website www.aiimsexams.org. Go to Faculty Recruitment link and then go to Registration/Login Login Page is shown below; if you are a new applicant, click on the Click Here button on New Registration Section. If you have already applied then enter your Candidate ID and Password, which is already sent through SMS and Email at the time of registration and click Registration/Login button. Applicant must ensure that their mobile no. is not registered with DND (Do Not Disturb) service. Applicant must check his/her E- mail (Inbox, Junk mail & Spam) after registration. 3.0 Start: New Registration / Applicant Login The very first page is Entry point from where new candidate can apply and candidates who have already register can access their registration details for editing and uploading new content before closing date. New Candidate has to click on Click Here button and candidate who have already registered required to provide login detail as on screen and click on Login.
On New registration after clicking on Click Here a guideline/instructions page will be displayed and candidates are advised to read the same. You should also be ready with soft copy of your Photograph, Signature and Left thumb impression. After confirmation on guidelines/ Instruction page actual registration form will be displayed for filling and submission as below. Image Instruction page 4.0 Registration Form Keeping in view the easiness and simplicity, candidates are allowed to complete the registration form in different parts. The form is divided into 8 Steps. All 8 steps are necessary to be completed before registration closing date. Incomplete forms will be rejected without any intimation. 4.1 Step 1: Registration (Basic Information) At the first instance candidate has to provide basic details and register his/her candidature to generate Candidate ID and Password. Online Registration Form is available in two languages viz. English and Hindi. Candidate can select preferred language of their choice. However, all information shall be filled in English language only.
Please note that Changes in Basic Information like Advertisement No., Department, Post Applied for, Candidate Name, Category, PWD Status, Govt. Servant, DOB, Email ID, Mobile No. will not be allowed after Payment of fee. Images once uploaded cannot be changed in any case. However, information other than above mentioned are editable till last date of closing of application form. Candidate can complete/ fill the registration form step by step as per convenience, after step 1 of registration process but well before closing date of registration. It shall be ensured by the candidate that all steps of registration have been completed before closing date of registration as mentioned in advertisement.
After filling the required information click on Save & Proceed button. On successful registration a message will appear on screen containing Candidate ID and Password. An Email and SMS will also be sent to registered E-mail Id and mobile number having Login Credentials i.e. Candidate ID and password. Please note this candidate id for future references.
4.1.1. Change Password Login with the provided login Credentials i.e. Candidate Id and Password and correct Captcha. On first time login, candidate has to change password Change Password through Change Password page. Re-login with the new changed password to complete due steps of Registration Process. Change password image 4.1.2. Candidate Information Page After re-login the next page appears will show the all Eight (8) steps of Registration Process. First step is new candidate Registration for Faculty Registration. The colour of the Number of the Step in Navigation Bar will change from Red to Yellow as the step gets completed and candidate can jump/go to any completed steps at any time. Click on Save & proceed button at any step is assumed as completion of step which can be updated later. Colour will change from Red to Yellow as a step of registration gets
Step 2: Fee Payment After completion of step 1, candidates must make the payment of registration fee. Registration fee payment can only be done online through Debit/Credit Card or net banking. option to pay registration Fee. For Online Payment, candidate should click on Online Payment button and it will direct candidate to the Bank s Payment Gateway to make payment through Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking. Fill all the required details and click on Pay button.
Candidate should enter the information asked for to pay through on line mode and click on PAY button. Note: While making payment of registration fee, if the amount has been debited from candidate account but did not reflect in the registration form, candidates are advised to either make another payment or wait for 24 hours to get the payment status update. If any Extra/ more than one payment is received against a single candidate id, will be refunded by AIIMS after registration closing date. After successful payment of Registration fee Payment Receipt will be generated bearing Unique Registration No. Candidate must remember to take printout of Payment Receipt as a proof of payment by clicking on Print button. Click on Save & Proceed button to go to next step.
Step 3: Qualification & Experience Details After completion of step 2 (Fee payment), next step is Qualification & Experience details. There are two radio buttons: 1. Fill Now 2. Fill later Select the fill now button to fill the information or fill later to let the information blank to fill on later date or time as convenient to the candidate and proceed to next step. Candidate should fill the correct details of Qualification like details of MBBS, MD/MS or any additional qualification details. Fill the experience details like start date, last date, nature of duty etc. as required which is acquired after post-graduation. Information filled in this page is editable till the registration closing date.
Click on Save & Proceed button to go to next step. Step 4: Publication & Research Work After step 3 is done, next step is Publication & Research Work. There are two radio buttons: 1. Fill Now 2. Fill later Select the fill now button to fill the information or fill later to let the information blank to fill on later date or time as convenient to the candidate and proceed to next step. Candidate should fill the correct information regarding the following: 1. Research work and available published material, Publication and Research work 2. Best Papers 3. Research Project as Chief Investigator OR Co-Investigator etc. as asked in the form. Information filled in this page is editable till the registration closing date.
Click on Save & Proceed button to go to next step. Step 5: Awards, Fellowship & Membership After step 4 is done, next step is Awards, Fellowship & Membership. There are two radio buttons: 1. Fill Now 2. Fill later
Select the fill now button to fill the information or fill later to let the information blank to fill on later date or time as convenient to the candidate and proceed to next step. Candidate should fill the correct information regarding the following: 1. Awards, fellowships and membership of professional bodies 2. Membership of Editorial boards of indexed international journal/review Committees at National bodies and Institution 3. Service: [Contribution made towards the development of new unit/speciality/laboratory/facility/programs/therapeutic or diagnostic procedures developed or patents taken (enclosed evidence)], 4. Contribution in community and national programmes Contribution in community and national Information filled in this page is editable till the registration closing date. Click on Save & Proceed button to go to next step. Step 6: Notable Contributions
After step 5 is done, next step is Notable Contributions. Candidate should fill the correct information regarding the following: 1. Most notable contribution to education, research and healthcare 2. Top 5 current priorities of the Institute within its mandate 3. Your medium to long term research focus and strategy, if selected. It is mandatory to fill this information before proceeding to next step. Information filled in this page is editable till the registration closing date. Click on Save & Proceed button to go to next step. Step 7: Upload Images After step 6 is done, next step is Upload Images. Candidate needs to upload their latest passport size Photograph, Signature and Left Thumb Impression. The supported digital image format includes gif, png, jpg/jpeg. First read the instructions given regarding Photo, Signature and Left Thumb Impression upload. To upload image click Choose File button and browse to path where the image is stored.
Candidate can see the preview of the uploaded images. Please refer to Sample Images provided on the page, if you are satisfied with the preview of images, click on Accept button else try again to upload the images without clicking Accept button. After uploading all three required images, give consent on the declaration and click on Save & Proceed button. Note: Image once uploaded cannot be changed later, so candidate is required to pay at most attention while uploading images. Step 8: Print Registration Form The eighth (8) and the Last Step of registration form is Print Registration Form. Candidate must take print of Registration Form once all steps of registration are completed. Click on Submit button and read the pop message appears on the screen and after checking all the information click on Final Submit Button, then take printout of Registration Form. Registration Form contains all the details provided by candidate during on line registration.
Important: Once all steps of registration form are completed, candidate will be redirected to the My Page, where all the steps are coming as complete and Download links appears for Application Form. Click on Download link and talk print of Application form and send it to the address as specified in the form with in the specified time given in General terms regarding Faculty Recruitment-2016.

Candidate can any time click on MY Page link under General Links to check his/her due steps. Candidate should Logout properly every time after logging to the registration form.
