Campus Card Your ISM campus card is your ISM issued ID card. Your ID card identifies you, and has your name and your ID number. This card is also a stored value card which you can use on campus in areas that accept the debit system. Frequently Asked Questions Does this apply to students only? This applies to all students, faculty and ISM staff. How do I get the ISM Campus Card? Students will receive their ID cards at the start of the year through the ES/MS/HS Office. Parents may opt for a campus card at the cost of P250. This can be obtained through paying the fee at the cashier and then proceeding to the Security Office for processing. Please take note that ISM will cover all other fees associated with the campus card enrollment for parents. Household staff will receive a regular ID and then work off of a voucher system should they wish to use a debit system while on campus. How do I load the card? You can load your card through the following options: At the kiosks located in front of the Canteen or kiosk located next to cashier in the Business Office Online through http:// by using a credit card or PayPal International School Manila Cashier located in the Business Office Where is the money stored? Your money is stored in your family account on a centralized, secure computer server. Individual account for students can be set up on a per request basis. Please send an email request to campuscard@ismanila.org. Who is in my Campus Account Family? Your ISM Campus Account is a family account. No matter who puts money onto the account, or whose card is used, the money belongs to the family. This includes cards issued to parents. 3

For individual account, the money belongs to that individual only. Parents with campus card will be attached to the one of the children s account. How do I control my campus card family account? The key to successfully controlling your ISM Campus Card family account is to use the website. You can use the website to: 1. Put money into your family account. 2. Control how much each family member can spend each day on an individual basis. 3. Control how much is spent in each location for each individual. 4. View what has been purchased from individual cards. 5. Ask to be notified when your family account balance is low. The campus card website asks me for a user name and password. How do I know what these are? ** Your campus account is joined to your PowerSchool login. Your user name (minus the P) = your PowerSchool login (6-digit login minus the P) Your password = same as above When you log in to the website for the first time you should change your password. What do I do if I forget my campus card website password? Send an email to campuscard@ismanila.org. How do I know if my family s account balance is getting low? Go to http:// website and set the peso level at which you get a warning. You can receive a low balance notice by email once data has been encoded. Does using my ISM Campus Card have any costs that I may have to pay? If you choose to use your credit card / PayPal to top up your family account you will need to pay a bank fee. This fee is 4%. ISM has implemented the ISM Campus Card as a service to our school community. The only costs passed on to users are the costs incurred by ISM for bank fees or card replacement. What should I do if someone in my family loses the card? 1. Go to the Security Office to see if the card has been handed in. If it hasn t, the Security Office can block the card so that it can no longer be used. If you locate the card, you can have the card made active again. All students at ISM must have an ID card, so we recommend the replacement of the card as soon 4

as possible. 2. To replace your ID card, go to the cashier in the business office and pay the card replacement fee (P150). This must be paid in cash. 3. Take your receipt to the Security Office where a new card will be printed and activated for you. Can someone else debit my card if I lose it? No, the Point of Service machines (POS) have the customer picture come up on the screen once there is contact with the card. This will confirm the identification of the person using the card against the card itself. Can a card user get cash back from their card? A family/individual can only get cash back if they are withdrawing from ISM. Individual may proceed to the cashier in the business office. What is the maximum amount that an individual can spend in one day? Campus will be set with a default Daily Spend Limit per customer (student, staff). Parents can change the default spend limit on the Campus Online website. If they do not change the daily spend limit, the default spend limit of Php1,000.00 will apply. Can I see what my kids are getting on a daily basis? You can see this online. Click the Reports tab, Card Activity Report and select the to/from dates to view the report. Where else can I use the campus card? You can use the campus card to: Pay for school activity tickets through the kiosks Purchase at the Bearcat Den Copy and Print at the HS Media Center Access Lockers Will cash payments still be permitted? Cash payments will only be permitted after school hours starting at 2:30p.m. for students, teachers and staff. Parents, visitors, and contractual staff will be allowed to use cash throughout the day.
