2 Campus Online - Login Click User Login icon to login Key in your family code and password (Use the same user name and password as the old web page).

3 Campus Profile Page The landing page shows your contact details and low balance notification setting. Click to update address You will receive an to this address nightly once your account falls below the notification limit set here and has account activity

4 Campus Account Page Navigation Menu. Use these menus to browse the site modules described in this user guide Current Campus Account Balance Edit Account Rules opens the Set Spend Limit Page to set your child's daily spend limits

5 Edit Profile Page To change the preferred recipient for the low balance alert enter or amend your address and press SAVE Low Balance trigger amount

6 Set Spend Limit Page Set Spend Limit allows you to set individual spend limits for your child by location. A school may have various locations, Cafeteria, Supply Shop, Snack Vending machine for example

7 Enter Cafeteria - Page The Enter Cafeteria page shows meal orders already saved for today and tomorrow and can be used for a quick check of upcoming meal orders awaiting delivery

8 New Meal Order Tips Meals May be ordered up to 1 month in advance, depending on the caterers schedule Cancellations must be done before the daily cut off time. An automated refund will refund the cost of the meal Campus Online is a Pre Paid system. You must have enough funds in the account to Save the meal order You may leave items in the meal cart and browse away for top up for example, then come back and save the orders. Always check the Meal Order Report for confirmation your order has been saved Any unused funds can be carried over for next months ordering or use at the cafeteria with the student smartcard

9 New Meal Order Page 1 The New Meal Order page is for placing online meal orders. From the selection boxes, Select the student you are ordering for, the meal type and the month\year. The Available menu items will then be displayed Traffic light indicators indicate meal recommendations Hover your mouse over the traffic light to check

10 New Meal Order Page 2 Click on the hyperlink of the week you wish to order for. These dates will now be represented as days of the week to select from Click on the day of the week to display those meals

11 New Meal Order Page 3 Select the checkbox of the item you wish to to add to the temporary cart. The cumulative item price will be shown in the Menu Items Total box. Multiple days can be added by checking all items for the month or week and saving in 1 session Click the Save to Food Cart modal once you have completed the order

12 New Meal Order Page 4 Once you have selected all the items for the day, week or month click the Save to Food Cart modal The total of all your meal orders will be shown in a pop up modal. Click continue to save the meal orders to the temporary meal cart or cancel to cancel the order

13 New Meal Order Page 5 Attention!!! Meals are not saved and charged until finalizing the order in the Food Cart Items menu

14 New Meal Order Page 6 Click the Select All or Item checkbox to remove the order(s) and click the Cancel Meals(s) option to remove the order from the cart Click the Save Meal Order to finalize the order and debit the account

15 New Meal Order Page 7 After Clicking the Save the Meal Order button you are presented with a pop up modal that allows you to Continue to finalize the order or Cancel to cancel the order

16 New Meal Order Page 8 Meal Order Confirmation message! Please check the meal order Report in the Reports menu for confirmation of all orders

17 Cancel Meal Order Page 1 The Cancel meal order page allows you to cancel a meal and receive an automated refund to your Campus account. Daily Meal Order cancellation times are noted on the web page To cancel a meal first select the child's name and meal type. Any saved orders will appear. Select the check box of the items to be cancelled and proceed to click the Cancel Meals(s) button

18 Set / Cancel Banned Items page Set/Cancel banned Items page allows a parent to restrict certain items from purchase by their child's smartcard at the cafeteria Department Item You can set different items to restrict per child. Select the child name from the drop menu To restrict a complete department of items check the top level Department Name and all items in that department will be restricted. To restrict an item in a department click on the department name and then select the item from the expanded list

19 E- Account Report Page The E- Account report shows all account activity including top up s, spending and adjustments Set the date range to report on, then Show Results. The Report can be printed if required

21 Card Activity Report Page The Card Activity reports on all smartcard spending and can be generated for any date range Select the user to report on or ALL then Show results. The report can be printed if desired

23 Meal Order Report Page The Meal Order Report shows past, present and future meal orders saved and billed to account. Select future dates to search for future meals Select the user to report on then Show results. The report may be printed if desired
