Installation Cylinders are delivered with all ports plugged. The threaded pieces are protected by peelable varnish. 1. Operating The hydraulic circuits must be tight and bleeded. The presence of air in the circuit may cause seals destruction. A bleed device at the front and rear parts will equip each cylinder. The used fluid and the circuit must be totally clean. Before connection, all piping and connecting pipes must be cleaned and washed or carefully cleaned. The mechanic installation and the hydraulic follow up system circuit have not to cause impacts, vibrations, transverse loads, bending effort. Otherwise, please contact us. 1. Stocking The cylinders must be stocked under heated-up shelter with normal temperature conditions and hygrometry. On demand, in case of prolonged stocking (more than 3 months), the cylinders can be supplied with oil. 1.
