National Military Telecom Strandja 2 Strandja - 2 is radio communication and information system designed and build for the needs of the Bulgarian Army and the national security The system allows real time data, voice and video transfer. Electron Progress EAD provides complete solution for the Ministry of Defense and the Bulgarian Army. Military Command Centre This is a system for calculation, visualization and dissemination of information during managing the military or non-military crisis situations The system performs monitoring, analyzes and evaluates the situation, distributes the information where must, manages databases, supports the coordination of all the activities in the process of military crisis Full physical and informational security with access levels, ID access control and data encryption 11

Why systems for disclosure are necessary The systems for disclosure find applications in every sudden or expected change in the established state of life, caused by human activities, events or acts of nature, with negative consequences for the territory, environment, population, citizens and material values of the country, for which the prevention, control and overcame are necessary, immediately coordinated activities of the forces and recourses for crisis response Notifications systems help reduce the probability of human victims in situations where it is impossible to provide full protection of human life 16

Systems for disclosure of the population with endacoustic devices Notification systems are needed for areas where may occur, fire, industrial accidents and nature disasters. Such area is necessary to provide reliable device for disclosure, to ensure saving lives. Users of these systems are usually government institutions or large corporations SiRcom systems have mechanism for transmission high quality information and provide protection to achieve high reliability. Pre-recorded and / or broadcast in real time information can be spread at any time among the population in the areas of discloser 18

Crisis Management System Providing an effective solution for system monitoring, information exchange, early warning, prevention and management of natural disasters and industrial accidents The Center for Crisis management allows round-the-clock monitoring, analysis and evaluation of situations, potentially dangerous objects and the available forces and recourses The Center for Crisis management provides the necessary information to the officers of the authorities for taking optimal decisions during natural disasters and/or industrial accidents and also provides reliable connection for exchanging information with the management 26
