1. Begin by selecting your Internet browser 2. Enter the following URL http://apps.la-archdiocese.org/adlabudget/ 3. Enter your login information when prompted. Please use the prefix: ACC\before your username. USER NAME: ACC\USERNAME PASSWORD: PASSWORD 4. 5. If your parish is not listed, click on the Enter Fiscal Year 2017-2018 tab, and then click on the Details link. See Figure A OR Figure A Example: If there is no existing record Figure B Example: If there is an existing record If your Parish is listed for FY2017-2018, click on the Details link. See Figure B 6. You can print a summary of your report minus any amounts in the Column Labeled BUDGET FY2017-2018 7. You need to click on the link labeled UN-FiLLED SUMMARY 8. You may use this as a reference in completing your Budget. You may print a summary without any amounts in the BUDGET FY2017-2018 bu clicking on the UN-FiLLED SUMMARY link, or if you prefer the pre-populated amounts you may move on to step #9. 2/17 Version 1 (c) 2017 Archdiocese of Los Angeles Page 2 of 7
9. The Budget Application will load Page 1: Ordinary Income 10. Use the Drop Down Menu and Go to Page 5 11. Print the Summary Page File Print Preview Print Document Print Please print out a copy of your summary page, so you can refer back to the original pre-populated amounts, if necessary. 12. The application will return you to Page 5 after you finish printing, Use the Drop Menu, go to Page 1 and begin. 13. Review the information in column Budget 2017-2018 Only!!! 14. 15. If you need to start over, there is an undo icon located to the right of the columns. This feature will reset your current page to the original pre-populated amounts, even if you have previously saved your information 16. Once you have completed reviewing the amounts and made any changes as necessary, click on the right arrow at the bottom of each page, this will save your information and navigate you to the next page. 17. You can also navigate from page to page by using the drop-down menu located at the top of every page. 18. If you need to return at a later date to continue your work, you can save by using the logout button located at the top righthand corner or the save button at the bottom of each page. 19. As you are entering information you can use the Show Summary button to view a snapshot of the total amounts for each section. 20. Show Summary Allows the user to preview the report as changes are entered. You will need to scroll down to view the entire report. Use the close button at the bottom of the pop-up screen to return to the page you were working on. 21. In order to submit the report, you will need to access the submission page. 22. Submission Page Once you have entered the preparer name, phone # and any comments as necessary, you must click on the submit button. 23. Please print out and have your Pastor sign the signature page and fax it to 213-637-6257. 24. Once you have submitted your final report you cannot make changes, 25. You must contact Financial Services to make any updates or changes. 26.
