3 Concierge OneSource Member Support Member support is available Monday - Friday 7:00 A.M. 7:00 P.M. EST. The support team is available online. For assistance, after logging in, click on the Need Help widget located on the bottom right corner of every page. Click on the Submit Case link. For assistance logging in please call (844) Urgent messages left during non-scheduled hours (such as, technical issues preventing an urgent order) will be responded to. Login to the Concierge OneSource Website: 1. click on this link to reach the website log in page. a. Use the internet browser of your choice (Internet Explorer, Chrome etc.). b. There are no Pop-Ups, therefore, there is no need to turn off Pop-up Blockers. 2. Save website as Favorite on the Favorites Bar (click the star icon on the tool bar). 3. Enter Username & Password: The username and password will be provided to you after your account is created via an from the and are not case sensitive. Your account is specific to your location; if you change locations please request a new user account. a. Username Contact technical support at (844) if you forget your Username. b. Password - i. After your first time logging in, it is recommended that you delete the containing your initial password. You will be prompted to change your initial password and enter a secret question and answer for maximum security. The new password will need to be between 4-8 characters and is not case sensitive. ii. If you forget your password click on the forgot password link on the website login page. A new temporary password will be ed to you after answering your secret question; you will be reminded to change the temporary password. 2

4 4. Click Login or press the Enter key to proceed to the website (after you enter the Username and Password). To exit or log out of the Concierge OneSource website: 1. Move your curser to the top of the screen and hover over File. A dropdown list will appear. 2. Move your curser to Logout and click on it. You will receive a logged out message. Dashboard: The dashboard is the home or landing page of the website. It will identify the user and will provide useful tools and information to enhance the user experience. 1. Your name and your company name - will appear on the top right of the screen. 2. Messages - Directly under the word Dashboard, the tab on the left called Messages will display by default. The messages page provides: a. Quick Links Provides quick transports to areas within the website, such as: use an order guide, receive an order, etc. b. Recommended Actions Will display for buyers and approvers and will prompt you with items requiring action, such as: approvals, and receiving, etc. c. Activity Monitor Will display for corporate associates and approvers and will provide a monitor of account activities. These do not require action, it is merely a view of activities. d. Corporate Messages These are messages provided to the locations providing useful information, such as: supplier recalls, etc. 3

5 3. Dashboard - Directly under the word Dashboard, the tab on the right called Dashboard will display when clicked upon; currently applicable to corporate user roles. The dashboard provides you with an overview of your specific work. A graph will depict your daily spend and orders placed with suppliers. 4. To quickly return to the Dashboard from other areas within the website - click on View and select Dashboard. (Note: If you are in a screen without View showing as an option at the top, use the Back Arrow button on the uppermost left part of the screen. The Back Arrow button may be used throughout the website to back up one screen at a time.) 4
