Log In To access the website, go to orders.hitouchservices.com Your username is your email address. Your password is defaulted to supplies. 2
Choose your department and ship-to location if you only have one, it will bypass this screen. 3
Updating My User Information To change your password, click on My Account at the top of the screen. Drill down to and click on My User Information. 4
Password changes can be made in this screen Type in your new password, confirm and click on Submit Changes. 5
Creating Favorites List To create and view your Favorites Lists, click on My Account at the top of the screen. Drill down and click on Favorites List. 6
To create a new favorites list, name the list and filter by visibility Personal (only you) or Department (for entire department). View each existing Favorites List Addition to creating your own Favorites Lists, there are default lists which contain all of your Contract Items for each category. For a quick purchase, choose Add All Favorites to Cart to place entire list into Shopping Cart. 7
Search for items within a specific Favorites List Use the Sort By & Filter By actions to simplify list Takes items from the Favorites List and add to shopping cart. 8
Viewing Saved Carts To view you Saved Carts, click on My Account at the top of the screen. Drill down to and click on Saved Carts. Creating new Saved Carts can be done through your Shopping Cart. Click here to use the items in this Saved Cart this will move all items from here into your Shopping Cart. Delete Saved Cart Click here to view all items in this specific Saved Cart. 9
Creating a Quick Order To use the Quick Order function, click on the My Account dropdown and choose Quick Order. If you know the item number for the item you want to order, type in Item No and choose the quantity. Click here to add item to Shopping Cart. 10
Reviewing Account History To view your order history, click on My Account at the top of the screen. Drill down and click on Order History/Returns. 11

Choose Business Cards/Stationery from the My Account dropdown to move to the stationery portion of the website. Click here to continue shopping/adding items to your cart. Click the Checkout button to continue to checkout. 14
Accessing Business Print Select Business Cards/Stationery from the My Account dropdown to access stationery templates. 15

Click Create Now to choose the stationery to create and proceed to the proofing and ordering pages. 17
Customizing Business Print Name the stationery first, then click Next to move on to the next step. 18
Fill in the required fields with the appropriate information. Click Next to move on to the next step. 19
Click View Proof to view the stationery. Click here to email a copy of the proof to someone to review before ordering. Check this box to agree to the proof, then click Next to order the stationery. 20
s Emailing Proof of Print Item Enter the email address of the person who will review the proof before submitting it. 21
Select the quantity to order then click Add to Cart. This area show the pricing for each quantity, including the cost for freight. 22
Click here to continue shopping/adding items to your cart. Click Delete to remove from cart. Click Save for Later to move item to Drafts and complete later. Click Edit Item to update before checking out. Click the Check Out Now button to proceed to the checkout screens. 23
Viewing Drafts of Print Items To view saved drafts, click the My Drafts button at the top there can be up to 12 drafts saved here. From My Drafts you can choose to either continue designing an already started stationery item or remove the item entirely. 24
Reviewing Print History Order History for Print items specifically can be viewed by clicking on Order History on the homepage. Filter on either the Past 3 Months of history or Entire. Details of the order will be listed (Item Name, Quantity, Price). 25
Click here to continue shopping/adding items to your cart. Click the Checkout button to continue to checkout. Click the X button to delete the item. Update quantity amount Click here to add items from your Shopping Cart into a Saved Cart Click here to delete entire shopping cart. 26
Shipping & Billing Information These are the editable fields on the Ship-to information. All other fields will automatically populate from the Ship-to location chosen during login. If you are using a P-Card to make your purchase, you will choose the By Credit Card option if not, choose On Account. The credit card number can be safely stored by clicking the Save This Card button. Write any special delivery comments or instructions here. Click Next to continue checking out. 27
Click the Submit button and you will receive a confirmation order number and confirmation email. 28

Creating Scheduled Orders To schedule an order for a later delivery time you will add the items to the cart as usual. Instead of using the checkout button you will click the Create Scheduled Order button next to it. You will need to verify the shipping address details. 30

Start date-if this is a one time delivery choose the date that you would like for the delivery to be made. Add Order comments if you wish. Then click save. 32
