1 WHAT: Mule Promotion. WHERE: All Caesars Locations. WHEN: Mule merchandising elements are now available to order on B.PRO. MERCHANDISING ELEMENTS: Mule Kit which includes: Table Tent Inserts 22 x 28 Lollipop Poster Option of: Mule Cups STEP 1: LOG IN URL: cet.bprostore.com If you re a new user to the site, click on the link that says Create an account. Please then fill out the remaining fields with your first name, last name, , password and then confirm your password. A manager will then approve your account and you will then have access to the site.

2 STEP 2: ACCESSING AND NAVIGATING THE PRODUCTS Upon login, you are taken to the homepage. You will find the Moscow Mule Promotion on the left side navigation. This link will take you to the product for the promotion, which includes a table tent insert and a lollipop with the option of mule cups. Select the Place an Order button to begin.

3 STEP 3: CUSTOMIZE YOUR PRODUCT When you re in the template, start by selecting 1 of 6 available designs in the gallery. Next, you can select from 3 options for the main title on the insert and lollipop. The options are: Celebrate Moscow Mule Month Make it a Mule Try A Refreshing Mule If you select Celebrate Moscow Mule Month a caret (^) will need to be added in the description in order for the text to flow properly on the printed piece. This is done automatically once you select a brand, however, it will need to be added if you change the description completely. The price field is optional and you can add up to 2 characters before the decimal point and 2 characters afterward. From there, you will be able to select from over 50 different spirit brands. The description field is automatically populated with text with the brand selected from the previous step. You will have the ability to change the description if you would like. There will be a Yes/No question, which will ask if you would like to order Mule Cups or not. If you select Yes, then you will be able to select from either 10 Mule Cups or 20 Mule Cups. If Stoli is selected as a brand, and you would like to order Mule Cups; the two options then become 10 Stoli Mule Cups or 20 Stoli Mule Cups. Other brands that have this logic are: Bacardi, Bacardi 4, Belvedere, Bombay Sapphire, Cazadores, Dewar s White Label, Grey Goose, Hennessy V.S, Patrón, The Glenmorangie 10. Click on the Next button to continue the checkout process. Note: Mule Cups will only be available to eligible locations where allowed by State regulations.

4 A. SAVING A DRAFT B.PRO will automatically save changes for you when you customize a product. You can access the latest version in Draft Order. To access and save the Draft Order: 1. TO SAVE YOUR CURRENT WORK: i. Click on the Drafts (clock) icon in the top navigation panel (this takes you to the Draft Orders page). ii. Find the Draft Order with the appropriate Creation Date in the Last Draft Orders table that corresponds to your current product. iii. Click on the Save icon for that Draft Order. iv. In the resulting pop-up window, enter a description for your Draft Order (ex: Location_YourInitials). v. Click OK at the bottom of the pop-up window. vi. Your Saved Draft Order is now in the Saved Draft Orders table. 2. TO RETRIEVE A SAVED DRAFT: i. Click on the Drafts (clock) icon in the top navigation panel (this takes you to the Draft Orders Page). ii. Find the Save Draft Order with the appropriate description in the Save Draft Orders table. iii. Click on the Continue icon for that Saved Draft Order. iv. Your browser will take you to that product page and load the form with your saved data. ONCE YOU HAVE CREATED AND/OR CONTINUED A SAVED DRAFT ORDER, THE SYSTEM WILL UPDATE THAT COPY OF THE SAVED DRAFT ORDER WITH ANY CHANGES YOU MAKE WHILE ENGAGED IN THAT PRODUCT WORK SESSION (AUTOMATIC UPDATES).

5 B. PROOFING AND ORDERING YOUR MENU 1. When you have finished customizing your item, you can generate a Proof for review by you and your team. 2. Click on the black Refresh Preview button to generate a proof. 3. Select Next at the bottom of the product page to move to the Proof page. 4. Select the Proof button to preview your item (this will pop-up in a new window). 5. Review carefully to ensure proper spelling, grammar and accuracy. 6. If you need to make modifications, navigate back to the section you wish to modify and make your changes. You MUST reproof your menu before proceeding to checkout. 7. If the Proof meets your expectations, select quantity of items you are ordering and Add to Cart. 8. You will now be taken to your shopping cart, which should contain the template you just ordered. Click on the Checkout button to proceed to the next screen. 9. Set billing and shipping addresses and click Next. 10. Click Checkout again, then you will receive your order number and the order process is complete. C. RE-ORDER PROCESS 1. Click on My Account, then on Order History to access your past orders. 2. Select the appropriate order. Hover the mouse over the order number to see which products are included in each order. 3. After clicking on the desired order and accessing its Order Details page, click the: Re-order button next to the appropriate product. This will add the product to the shopping cart. From here, you can either click Checkout to complete the order or click Edit to go back to the Proof screen to change quantities or modify the contents of the menu before ordering. 4. Once you are satisfied with your selection(s), continue with the checkout process as you normally would.

6 D. ORDER APPROVAL 1. After a user submits an order, they will receive an summary of items in their order and will be notified that the order is awaiting approval. 2. Once the designated Approver approves the order, the user will receive another stating that their order was approved. 3. The designated Approver will then log into the store and click on All or Available next to Pending Approval Requests as shown in the screenshot on the next page. 4. The Approver will then click on the order number to either approve, modify or delete the order as shown below with the next two screenshots.

8 5. If the Approver decides to reject the order, they will need to put in details as to why the order was rejected. Click on Reject to deny the order 6. If the Approver decides to modify the order, they will be taken to the shopping cart with the order they re planning to change. The following steps should then be followed to completely modify the order: Click on the Edit button Click the Back button, you will then be taken back into the table tent insert or lollipop template. Click the Next button and complete the checkout process. E. B.PRO SUPPORT 1.
