The upgrade perfrmed by the Database Manager requires the sa accunt. The duty cycle will vary ver time but must always remain belw 100% in rder t prevent assets frm missing a data cllectin cycle. T accunt fr variatins in time the duty cycle shuld never be t clse t 100%. Typically, the duty cycle will be reviewed weekly. If the duty cycle cnsistently reads frm 50% t 70% it is recmmended t review the duty cycle daily. If the duty cycle is cnsistently ver 70% it is recmmended that GlbalCare is cntacted t evaluate the slutin.
