NN Markedsdata application installation instruction This document is a guide for installing NN Markedsdata application to your Salesforce organization. Following instruction prepared for people with Salesforce administrator skills. Go thru the next steps to have NN App installed and ready for using 1. Install NN App package 2. Verify License Information and Limits 3. Set Up NN App users 4. Customize NN Markedsdata-to-Salesforce Field Mapping 5. Enable Data Cleansing with NN Markedsdata

1. Install NN App package Installing NN App is easy. Here s what you need to do. 1. Open installation URL in a browser: https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installpackage.apexp?p0=04tw0000000uqfr Note: If you re installing into a sandbox, replace the login.salesforce.com portion of the installation link with test.salesforce.com. The package is removed from your sandbox organization whenever you create a new sandbox copy. 2. Enter your username and password for the Salesforce organization in which you want to install the package, and then click the login button. Picture 1. Login using installation URL

3. In Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions, choose one of the following security options. Install for Admins Only Install for All Users Install for Specific Profiles Picture 2. Security options 4. Click Install. You ll see a message that describes the progress and a confirmation message after the installation is complete. During installation, Salesforce checks and verifies dependencies All unit tests for your organization are run, including the unit tests contained in the NN App package. If your installation fails, see Why did my installation or upgrade fail?. For more details about packages installation, see Salesforce documentation.

2. Verify License Information and Limits To get access to NN App at least one active license record should exists for your Salesforce organization. Verify licenses start and expiration dates, users, imports and updates limits under the NN License tab in NN MarkedsData application: Goto NN MarkedsData application Click NN Licenses tab Picture 3. NN App license

In case your Salesforce organization doesn t have any licenses you have two options: 1. Request trial period 2. Purchase full license Picture 4. No license created for Salesforce organization Request trial period In order to get trial access to NN App you need to request demo license: 1. Goto NN MarkedsData application, NN Licenses tab

4. Verify that license record with Demo checkbox is create Picture 7. New demo license Note. Demo license can be requested only once per Salesforce organization. Purchase full license To get full application access please contact 3C Consult.

3. Set Up NN App users Give users access to NN App so they can start taking advantage of NN MarkedsData rich database of accounts and contacts. 1. From Setup, enter Manage Users in the Quick Find box, then select Users. 2. On the Users page, click Edit next to the name of the user you want to enable. Picture 8. All Users page

3. Set NN MarkedsData User checkbox. Note. If NN MarkedsData User checkbox is not visible, please add it to User layout Picture 9. NN MarkedsData User checkbox 4. Click Save, or Save and New if you want to set up other users for NN App. Add NN MarkedsData User checkbox to the User layout At the first installation you need to add NN MarkedsData User checkbox to the User layout. 1. From Setup, enter Manage Users in the Quick Find box, then select Users. 2. On the Users page, click Full Name of any user.

4. Customize NN Markedsdata-to-Salesforce Field Mapping NN Mappings put NN Markedsdata values in the Salesforce account and contact fields where you want those values. Before mapping fields, make sure you understand how mapping works, what preparations to make, and what kind of results you should expect. Considerations for Mapping of NN Markedsdata and Salesforce Fields Field mappings apply when: 1. NN Markedsdata records are added to Salesforce (Using NN Search page) 2. Salesforce records are matched with NN Markedsdata records and cleaned either manually or with automated jobs Before you map fields, make sure you understand these potential outcomes and the related actions you should take. NN Markedsdata field mappings may conflict with any Salesforce field customizations (such as approvals, workflow rules, or Apex triggers) you use for accounts or contacts. Review and edit your customizations as needed so they will work with the values supplied by your mappings. You can skip mapping individual NN Markedsdata fields. If you map NN Markedsdata fields that do not have values, fields in Salesforce wont be erased even if Auto Update checkbox is set. If Auto Update checkbox is set, the field can be updated in Salesforce database without user interaction, either with Scheduled Data Cleansing Job or when record is matched. If Auto Update checkbox is not set, the field needs to be selected manually before updating in Salesforce. NN Markedsdata-to-Salesforce Field Mapping configuration 1. Goto NN Markedsdata application, NN Mappings tab.

2. Select object that you want to map Picture 12. Select mapped object 3. Find the field you want to map, and select the custom mapping from the list box next to the field. Note. Take into consideration that the mapped Salesforce field must be the same data type as the NN Markedsdata field. 4. Click Save NN Markedsdata fields type and description Not all NN Markedsdata fields are available for all Salesforce fields. To be mappable, the Salesforce field must be the same data type as the NN Markedsdata field. For example, the Company Status field can be mapped to a text field with 150 characters or more. Note. Create the custom fields in the object that you want to add them to before adding the fields from the NN Mappings page under NN Markedsdata application.

Company fields NN Markedsdata Company fields are mapped to Account object. Field name Type Description Advertising-protected flag checkbox Advertising-protected under the Danish Central Business Register Act. Company Form CVR Number string (100) integer Postal district/town string (50) Email string (50), email Fax no. string (18), phone Year Established string (4), number Company Website string (50), URL HQ/Main Branch Of Company flag Number Of Employees (CVR no.) integer integer Public limited company, private limited company, etc. Company Email address Company established year Checked if the company is a main company. If not marked the company is a branch office. Number of employees for the whole of the legal entity (CVR no.). The figure sourced from the Central Business Register (the two figures entered in the Central Business Register s official ranges of the number of employees) or the Commerce and Companies Agency (an exact number from the company s accounts) Number Of Employees (P no.) integer Number of employees for the individual branch (P no.). The figure is calculated as the average of the two figures entered in the Central Business Register s official ranges of the number of employees. Finance Fields NN Markedsdata Finance fields are mapped to Account object. Note. All amounts in DKK 000. Decision Makers Fields NN Markedsdata Decision Makers fields are mapped to Contact object. 5. Enable Data Cleansing with NN Markedsdata Configure NN Markedsdata Data Cleansing so your organization can keep account records up to date manually or with automated jobs. Manual Data Cleansing So that users can use Data Cleansing feature to update accounts manually, you need to add buttons to your Account page layouts and configure Data Mappings. Enable NN Markedsdata Data Cleansing in Data Mappings Using Data Mapping you can chose which fields will be available for Manual Data Cleansing. 1. Goto NN Markedsdata application, NN Mappings tab. 2. Set Manual Update checkbox for the fields that should be available for Manual Data Cleansing. 3. Click Save Configure Page Layouts for NN Markedsdata Data Cleansing So that users can use Data Cleansing feature to update accounts manually, you need to add buttons to your Account page layouts. 1. From the object management settings for accounts, go to Page Layouts. 2. From the list of page layouts, click Edit next to the layout(s) your users will use. 3. From the list of page element categories, click Buttons. Drag the Get NN Data and NN MarkedsData buttons into place on the page. 4. Click Save. Automatic Data Cleansing You can set up automated job to clean your account records. Considerations for Scheduling NN Markedsdata Cleansing Job Job are queued according to your scheduling settings Field Mapping needs to be configured before Data Cleansing Job scheduled Auto Update flag should be set for fields that need to be auto updated. Job only process records that have TDC ID field populated If a sync job is scheduled to run, it runs even if no records have changed. Job do not process contact records. Data Cleansing Job uses Updates Limit of active NN License Enable Automatic Data Cleansing in Data Mappings Using Data Mapping you can chose which fields will be available for Manual Data Cleansing. 1. Goto NN MarkedsData application, NN Mappings tab. 2. Set Auto Update checkbox for the fields that should be available for Manual Data Cleansing. 3. Click Save

Schedule NN Markedsdata Cleansing Job 1. From Setup, enter Apex Classes in the Quick Find box, then select Apex Classes under the Develop section. 2. Press Schedule Apex button 3. Set Job Name 4. Select ScheduledAccountCleansing in the Lookup window behind the Apex Class field 5. Select the period and the days of the week when you want job to run. 6. Click Save
