C. Application for amalgamation of M/s. Capgemini Business Services (India) Private Ltd., a unit in Divyasree Technopark SEZ to M/s Capgemini India Pvt. Ltd., another unit in the same SEZ. As per the approval of the Hon able High Court of Mumbai dated 18 th December, 2015, M/s. Capgemini Business Services (India) Private Ltd.(CGBSIPL)holds an LoA No. KA:08:06:Divyasree :2F dated 30.01.2014, has applied for amalgamation of their unit to another unit M/s Capgemini India Pvt. Ltd., (CGIPL) holder of LoA No. KA:08:06:Divyasree:SEZ/2E dated 30/.01.2014, both the units are operated from M/s Divyasree Technopark SEZ. In view of the above, the unit has requested to amend the Letter of Approval issued in the name of M/s. Capgemini Business Services (India) Private Ltd. to the name of M/s Capgemini India Pvt. Ltd.. It has also intimated that all obligations imposed erstwhile CGBSIPL unit under the SEZ rules, regulations and leter of approval shall be met by CGIPL. The unit has submitted the required document viz. List of Directors of the Company, Address of the Directors, Copies of Passport, Copy of Certificate of Incorporation and Share holding pattern of the Company. As per proviso to Rule 19 (2) of SEZ Rules, 2006, Approval Committee may approve change of the entrepreneur of an approved unit, if the incoming entrepreneur undertakes to take over the assets and liabilities of the existing unit.
