Unipress iamond Fast and reliable tablet compression systems The Unipress iamond is a high speed, single sided tablet press with a single stage of precompression. Ease of cleaning, efficient product and tool changeover are at the core of its design - resulting in a press which combines maximum productivity with minimum downtime. The Unipress can be configured with a comprehensive range of monitoring and quality control equipment for safe and efficient high-speed tabletting. The iamond Range from Manesty is a sophisticated, highly productive, advanced range of tablet compression machines. With five turret configurations the Unipress excels both in meeting demanding production schedules and in research and development where it can be fitted with advanced control and monitoring systems. The feeder controls the amount of material being fed to the dies and improves weight consistency and yields relative to traditional feeder systems. The Unipress is fitted with an upper punch dust protection system to ensure clean running of the press and reduced cleaning times. Control Systems The Unipress iamond is fitted with an integral control panel with a stainless steel, wipe clean surface. This LC panel allows the operator to intuitively 'step through' set-up of the press parameters. A suite of screens is available during production, providing real-time feedback of press performance to the operator. The Unipress can also be supplied or retrofitted with a range of control and monitoring options for advanced automated applications. Advanced esign The ergonomic and advanced design features of the Unipress have been achieved using our state of the art "Pro-Engineer" CA system. These ensure that precision engineering linked to solid construction enable the Unipress to provide reliable high-speed tablet production throughout its extensive working life. With key components manufactured in-house to the most rigorous GMP standards the Unipress iamond offers reliable and efficient tablet production.
