ORDERING PRINT RESOURCES About YMCA Awards web shop... 1 Placing orders via the YMCA Awards web shop... 1 Updating/adding a delivery address... 7 About YMCA Awards web shop The YMCA Awards web shop allows you to search and order print resources designed to support the delivery of our qualifications. These include: Learner Assessment Records Manuals Assessment workbooks Syllabuses All resources are printed to order and our supplier aims to dispatch all items within 5 working days. Placing orders via the YMCA Awards web shop Open your web browser and go to the web shop login page. Input your user name and password and then select login. If logging in for the first time, you ll need to contact our support team to request a login. Authorised by: Head of Centre Support and Operations Version 2.0 Page 1 of 8

Once logged in, the default view will show resources for our current (RQF) qualifications. Depending on which level you require resources for, click anywhere on the relevant thumbnail to open. For example the Level 2 folder will show you a list of available resources. The page will be grouped by available resource types (LAR, manual, workbook, syllabus). On the next page, you can view preview pages of the resource. Select Next Step to continue with the order process. Select Add to Cart to continue with your order or Cancel if you no longer wish to purchase the resource. If you add an item to your cart, you will have the option to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. You can also change the quantity of items by changing the number and selecting update. Once you have selected all your items, make a final check of your basket to ensure all of the products and quantities are correct and click proceed to checkout. On the Checkout screen: ensure that the address is correct (See Updating/adding a delivery address if the address is incorrect) choose CYQ Centre Delivery under Delivery Method and add any necessary special instructions check the Date required and select Next Step to proceed All resources are printed to order and so take a minimum of 5 working days to deliver. Check the billing address is correct and update if necessary. Add a PO number if required on your invoice. When you ve completed this page select Next Step. Review your order and select Place Order to confirm. If you need to make any amendments select Previous to go through the previous steps again. Updating/adding a delivery address In order to update or add a delivery address in web shop, you can either do it when you re checking out, or go to the My Profile section in the main menu and select Address Book. Authorised by: Head of Centre Support and Operations Version 2.0 Page 7 of 9

Once in Address Book you have the option to either edit or add a new address. Editing will allow you to edit the current address instead of adding a completely new one. By selecting Add New, you can add a new address by filling out the required fields. You can also give this address a label, and can tick the box to make this the primary shipping address. Once completed, select Accept. It will take you back to the address book where you can now see two addresses in the drop down box.
