Set-up Guide
Checklist before set up Please make sure you have the following information before set up begins. 1. Complete the sign up page on the MasterEpay website www.masterepay.co.uk/signup 2. The regify invitation from MasterEpay with your username and password - please keep this safe 3. You will need to know: SMTP Username SMTP Password 4. An email field has been added to the payslip print template. - For Sage Payroll instructions are attached
Adding an email field to the Sage payslip template 1. Select a payslip template which prints one payslip per page 2. Press Edit 3. Sage report designer will upload 4. Click on View at the top of the page; a drop down menu will appear 5. Choose Variables 6. A column will appear down the left hand side of the page 7. Click on the + next to Employees 8. This will show a list of options, scroll down the list to Email 9. Click on Email and hold the mouse to drag the field on to a space on the payslip 10. Make sure there is enough space for the entire email address to show and that it is not going to cross over any other text. 11. Click Save As Save in Reports Payslips 12. Exit The regipay technology will automatically look for the email address on the payslip and deliver it securely to the recipient.
Step 1 You will be sent an invitation by email. The invitation will include your username and password as well as a link to the download page. Click accept invitation and terms of use to open the download page. Step 2 On the download page you will have two options either Download the regify software or Login to your online portal. Click Download

Once the installation is complete you will see the regify button along the top of your email account: The first time you either send or receive a secured email you will be asked to enter your username and password which was sent in your email invitation.
You will now see the regify icon in your start menu. This opens the regify client software from where you can send secure mail and access your online portal.
Step 1 Go to the MasterEpay portal page http://masterepay.co.uk/portal/. Click on download regipay software; this will take you to the regify download page.
Step 2. Locate the regipay installation and run it, by double clicking the icon. Install 1 Install 2

Configuration Once you have installed the regipay desktop you will then need to configure the software with your regimail account and email. Step 1. Enter your Regimail Email Address and Regimail Password then click Login. Step 2. Verify the details are correct, click next.
Step 3. Enter your unlock code (provided by MasterEpay via SMS) Then click Next. Step 4. Click OK.
Step 5. Its recommended you keep the default directories for storing payroll documents click next These files are where the payslips will be saved instead of printed and then filed once sent. Step 6. This should show your own email address that you Registered with your Regimail account click next
Step 7. Enter your SMPT server details for sending emails, enter a SMPT username and password if required. Click on finish Step 8. Regipay software is now installed and configured.
You can access the Login page through your regify desktop application or via the masterepay website.
In your online portal you have an option to Invite Users in the main menu. Click this option. Alternatively you can click the regify button in your email which also has an option to Invite user s To invite a user you need to fill out their name and email address. You can also add a personal message, this is optional. The recipient will receive an email invitation with their username and password and a link to the download page.
