1.1 Initial Setup 1. Go to http://unattendedsolutions.com/vzw/account/login. Enter your email address in the email field and the temporary password provided by Verizon, then click Log in. 2. Change Password. Click on the arrow under your username to change your password and edit your profile. Enter your temporary password provided by Verizon, enter a new password, confirm the new password and click Change Password to save. Your new password must contain a minimum of eight characters: one uppercase, one lowercase, one numeric digit, one symbol (%, $, *, @, +, =, #). 3. Edit Profile. Click on the arrow next to your username, then click Edit Your Profile. You can change your first name, last name and work phone number. Click Save to save changes. PAGE 4

2.1 Users and Roles 1. Log In. If you are not already logged in, please log in to http://unattendedsolutions.com/vzw/account/login using your username and the password you have created. 2. Create Users. Admin Users Add New Enter Email, First Name, Last Name, Work Phone, Password, Confirm Password Set Active to True Choose User Role Admin or Installer Save The Installer role can perform installation and initial setup of the vehicle in the Verizon Auto Share platform. This role is used strictly for installation purposes and does not have access to the previously installed fleet vehicles, user settings or any other admin privileges. The Admin role has full access to the Verizon Auto Share platform and can add users, assign roles, customize the mobile app and manage inventory. PAGE 5

2.2 Manage Company Users Users Review a list of users, see user status, edit a user, view user details or delete a user. Edit Update a user s first name, last name, work phone or role. Details View user details: first name, last name, status. Delete The Admin will be presented with a confirmation message when deleting a user. 2.3 Manage Roles 1. Log In If you are not already logged in, please log in to http://unattendedsolutions.com/vzw/account/login using your username and password. 2. Click Manage User Role. 3. Enter your username in the email field and click Get User Roles to display all roles assigned to the user. 4. Add Role to User Select a role to add to the user and click Add. 5. Delete Role from User Enter username, select a role to delete and click Remove. PAGE 6

2.4 User Groups Groups Review a list of groups, see group status, edit a group, view details or delete a group. The purpose of groups is to define and authorize user credentials based upon privileges assigned to the group. Use of groups is optional. Add New Group Enter a group name or group code. Edit Update a group name, code or status. Details View group details: group name, group code, status. Delete The Admin will be presented with a confirmation message when deleting a group. Group deletion does not delete users from platform. PAGE 7

2.5 Assign Users to Group Users Review a list of users assigned to groups. Add New Select a user from a drop-down menu, select a group and click Save. Edit Update user status. Details View group-user details: full name, status. Delete The Admin will be presented with a confirmation message when deleting a group user. PAGE 8

3.1 Settings Makes Vehicle Make Passenger-car makes need to be entered into the platform. Once entered, Admins can search, add, view details and delete makes from the fleet. Search Type a make name in the search field and click Search, if you need to edit an existing record. Add New Enter a make name and make code (optional), and click Save. Edit Edit a make s name and code; click Save. Details Review make, name and corresponding code. Delete A confirmation message is displayed when deleting a make. PAGE 9

3.2 Settings Models Vehicle Model Passenger-car models need to be entered into the platform. Once entered, Admins can search, add, view details and delete models. Add New Select a make from the drop-down menu, enter a model code (optional), enter luggage capacity, enter seating capacity, enter MPG and click Save. Search Type a model name in the search field and click Search, if you need to edit an existing record. Edit Edit a model s name code, luggage capacity, seating capacity or MPG. Details Review make, model, luggage capacity, seating capacity, MPG or status. Delete A confirmation message is displayed when deleting a model. PAGE 10

3.3 Settings Vehicle Category Vehicle Category Assign a vehicle category that will appear in the Auto Share application. Add New Enter a category name, code (optional) and the sort order in which the category will be displayed in the Auto Share application. Search Type a category name in the search field and click Search. Edit Edit a category s name, code, sort order and status. Details View category name, code, sort order and status. Delete A confirmation message is displayed when deleting a vehicle category. PAGE 11

3.4 Settings Vehicle Features Vehicle Features Add, search and modify vehicle features such as Bluetooth, Air Conditioning, etc. Add New Enter a feature name, code (optional) and the sort order in which the feature will be displayed in the Auto Share application. Search Type a feature name in the search field and click Search. Edit Edit a feature s name, code and sort order and status. Details View feature name, code, sort order and status. Delete A confirmation message is displayed when deleting a vehicle feature. PAGE 12

3.5 Settings Extras Extra Add, search and modify additional option such as Insurance, Prepay Fuel and Wi-Fi. Add New Enter a name, description, amount (e.g., 10 ), amount description (e.g., $10.00/Day or $10.00 per Day ) and the sort order in which this option will appear. Search Type an option name in the search field and click Search. Edit Edit an option s name, code, sort order and status. Details View option name, code, sort order and status. Delete A confirmation message is displayed when deleting an option. PAGE 13

3.6 Virtual Key Fob Commands Key Fob Commands Search, add and delete key fob commands. Add New Choose a key fob command name from the drop-down menu, select sort order and set Active status to True. Search Type a key fob name in the search field and click Search. Edit Edit sort order or status, click Save. Details View command name and text. Delete A confirmation message is displayed when deleting a key fob. PAGE 14

3.7 Settings Branding Branding Customize your mobile application and consumer Web portal by adding your company name and company logo, choosing background and font colors and uploading a banner image. 4.1 Installation Wizard The user with the Installer role will need to log into the Verizon Auto Share application on their mobile device, go to menu and choose Installer to initiate the installation wizard. Follow step-by-step instructions in setting up vehicle using your Android or ios device: 1. Start Before starting the installation, please make sure that the following has been completed: OBD-II module installed in vehicle and data available on https://mycar.delphi.com Virtual key fob paired and functional after accessing mycar.delphi site using the registration key as username and International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) as password (both are printed on device label) QR code attached to the vehicle in an accessible location (example: windshield) Auto Share application installed Fleet setting updated on Auto Share platform 2. Log in to the Auto Share application using Installer or Admin credentials. Select the Install option in the menu. 3. Click Scan QR-Code to scan the QR code using a mobile device s camera (Figure 1). 4. Step 1 Enter the previously used Delphi username and password created during installation of the OBD-II module (Figure 2). 5. Click Get Info to pull vehicle data from OBD-II module. 6. Step 2 Select the vehicle from the drop-down menu, and confirm VIN, year, make, model and odometer reading (Figure 3). 7. Select Category. 8. Step 3 Validate key fob commands. Key fob commands are vehicle dependent and are based on compatible features available within the vehicle. Enter Verizon Auto Share Installer/Admin account password to proceed to the next step (Figure 4). 9. End Review and confirm that all of the steps have been completed. 5.1 Fleet View Vehicles This view will display the entire fleet, including vehicles added to the platform by the Installer and the Admin. Vehicles added by the Installer are inactive by default, as additional data is required to be completed by the Admin prior to making them available in the Auto Share application. Once the Admin has reviewed fleet data and updated all of the information, the Admin needs to set Active status to True to make vehicles available in Auto Share application. Add New Click Add New to add a vehicle to the platform. Edit Update vehicle details and complete missing information on the vehicle. The Admin can also set the Active status to False to remove vehicle from Auto Share application. This would apply to vehicles that are temporarily unavailable, such as those going through maintenance or repair. Details View vehicle details. Delete Completely remove a vehicle from the platform. This would apply to vehicles that are no longer part of the fleet. Diagnostic View alerts, trouble code history, trip data and location of the vehicle. PAGE 17

5.2 Fleet Add New Vehicle 1. Enter the OBD-II username and password created at the time of OBD-II installation. 2. Select your vehicle from the OBD-II vehicle ID drop-down menu. A unique ID used to identify the vehicle on the OBD-II platform will be populated. 3. Confirm vehicle VIN, year, make and model. 4. Select category. Category options are created in Settings by the Admin. 5. Choose group if applicable. A group could be a branch, region, etc. 6. Verify fuel level and mileage. The Installer will enter the odometer reading at the time of installation. Fuel Level % displays remaining percentage of total tank capacity. 7. Set daily and weekly rates. 8. Last Location will populate with latitude and longitude coordinates, and will be used to identify vehicle location in the Auto Share application. 9. Upload vehicle image. The image must be 330 pixels by 180 pixels. 10. Choose vehicle features: Bluetooth, A/C, etc. These features are created in Settings by the Admin. 11. Choose vehicle key fob commands by selecting checkboxes. 12. Set Active status to True to make the vehicle available in the Auto Share application. PAGE 18

5.3 Fleet Edit Vehicle 1. Vehicles can be added to the platform by the Installer or the Admin. At the time of installation, the Installer will validate some of the vehicle information and add it to the platform. The vehicle will be set to inactive by default, as the Admin needs to validate data and complete missing information. 2. As part of installation, the following information will be validated and completed by the Installer: OBD-II username and password, VIN, year, make, model, category, mileage, fuel level, last location. 3. The Admin will validate information in the platform and update the following information: Group, if applicable. Daily rate. Weekly rate. Upload image. Assign vehicle features. Assign vehicle commands. Set Active status to True. PAGE 19

5.4 Fleet View Vehicle Details The Admin can view the following vehicle details: Make name Model name Category Group VIN Year Fuel level % (remaining percentage of total tank capacity) Mileage Daily rate Weekly rate Image QR code Active status OBD-II settings (username, password, vehicle ID, IMEI) PAGE 20

5.5 Fleet Delete Vehicle The Admin can permanently remove the vehicle from the fleet by selecting Delete. This option should be used only if the vehicle will no longer be part of the fleet. For temporary events such as repairs and maintenance, the Admin should set the Active status to False to remove the vehicle from the Auto Share application. 5.6 Fleet Vehicle Diagnostics The Admin can access diagnostics and trip data by clicking on Diagnostics. The following information is available to the Admin: Details Vehicle details. Alerts Alerts include speed, battery level, etc. Trouble History All available trouble codes will be displayed here. Trips Vehicle trip data: start, end, trip duration, idling time. Locations Location of the vehicle on the map. PAGE 21

5.7 Fleet Vehicle Features Vehicle Features Manage available features and assign them to specific vehicles. Add New Select a VIN, select a vehicle feature, choose a sort order and set the Active status to True. Edit Update sort order and status. Delete A confirmation message is displayed when deleting a vehicle feature. PAGE 22

5.8 Fleet Vehicle Key Fob Commands Vehicle Commands Add, assign and delete key fob commands. Add New Choose a VIN, select a key fob command, assign a sort order and set the Active status to True. Edit Change sort order, assign status. Details View command details. Delete A confirmation message will be displayed when deleting a key fob command. PAGE 23

Verizon Auto Share Mobile Application Template Overview Overview The Verizon Auto Share Mobile App Templates are designed to support general use cases and end-user flows typically used by enterprise customers. The templates provide a generalized application framework that is to be updated, branded and approved by the enterprise customer prior to use. Customization and certification is required by the enterprise customer for public app-store delivery and use by end users. Template use cases available: Car Rental/Sharing Dealership Courtesy Car Public/Private Fleet The following section describes the template functionality and use. PAGE 24

Installation 6.1 Device Operating System Compatibility Verizon Auto Share is a hybrid Web application and is available on the following platforms: Mobile application (with QR scanner) ios 7.0+ and Android 4.3 and 4.4 Web browsers (without QR scanner) Internet Explorer 10+, Chrome 38+, Safari 5.1+ 7.1 Mobile Application Customization Verizon Auto Share provides standard, noncertified application templates (Auto Rental/Sharing, Courtesy Car, Public/Private Fleet) from within the Auto Share platform that can be customized for end-user use by the deploying organization or business. Delivery of end-user applications can be achieved through public (e.g., Google Play, itunes ) or private intracompany app stores upon proper certification by the customer through the appropriate public or private organization for each customized application. For additional support in application customization and managing the certification process for your unique mobile application, Verizon can provide professional services support. Contact your Verizon sales team for additional information on professional services support. For application customization, refer to Platform Settings Branding (Section 3.7). 7.2 End-User Mobile Application Installation A customer-branded mobile application (Enterprise App) can be made available to end users through either Google Play and/or the Apple App Store. 7.3 Android Installation Open Google Play on your Android device. In the search field, type Enterprise App. From the search results, choose the Enterprise App icon to start the download and installation process. 7.4 ios Installation Open App Store on your ios device. In the search field, type Enterprise App. Click on the Enterprise App icon to start the download and installation process. PAGE 25

Registration 8.1 User Registration From the smartphone or tablet, click the Enterprise App icon to launch the application. First-time users will need to create an account to use the Enterprise App. On the Login screen, click Create Account to start registration. Enter your email address, create and confirm a password and provide your first and last name. Enter a valid email address as it will be used to confirm registration. Your password must be a minimum of eight characters and contain one uppercase, one lowercase and one special symbol (#,$,&,%). Click Register to complete account registration. You will receive a confirmation email. Login 9.1 Member Login Click the Enterprise App icon to launch the application. Enter the email address and password used during registration. You can choose Remember Me to save your credentials for faster login. PAGE 26

Password Reset 10.1 Password Reset If you can t remember your password, click on Forgot Password to reset your password. Enter the email address used during registration. Click the email link to have a reset link sent to you via email. Open the message from your email and click Reset Link to set a new password. Enter your email address and choose new a password, then confirm your new password. Click Reset to save the new password and return to login screen. PAGE 27

Navigation 11.1 Home Screen Launch the Enterprise App. Enter your email address and password. Cars Near Me Locate available vehicles in the area based on your phone s location, view vehicles on the map and get directions. Scan & Go Scan the QR code on the vehicle windshield to get vehicle details, rent the vehicle instantly or reserve it for future use. Key Fob Easy access to virtual key fob during active rental. This function is enabled only during the rental or sharing period. Rent Search available vehicles for use by selecting vehicle category, pickup and return locations, date and time. Extras Add additional options to your rental experience, provided by the rental company to make your experience more pleasant. Return Choose this option when you are ready to return the vehicle. Home icon Return to the Home screen by clicking this icon. Menu options Home, Contact Us, My Reservation, Sign Out. PAGE 28

Cars Near Me 12.1 Cars Near Me Click on the Cars Near Me icon on the Home screen to locate available vehicles in the area. The vehicles will be displayed on the map as pins. Click on a pin to get vehicle details: year, make, model, location. Click Get Directions for directions to the vehicle from your current location. Choose type of directions: driving, walking, mass transit. Click Continue to return to the Home screen. PAGE 29

Rent 13.1 Rent Using Scan & Go The Scan & Go option allows you to instantly rent available vehicles by scanning the QR code using your phone or tablet. The Verizon Auto Share application has a QR code scanner built into it so that you don t need to download additional software. Click the Scan & Go icon to enable your mobile device s camera. Point the camera at the QR code to get vehicle details: year, make, model, daily rate, weekly rate, fuel level % remaining, mileage. Select Rent to choose vehicle for rent. 13.2 Scan & Go Choose Extras Choose additional rental options such as Prepay Fuel, Insurance and Wi-Fi. Click Continue to proceed with rental. PAGE 30

13.3 Scan & Go Review Itinerary Review your rental agreement and itinerary. Enter your account password to confirm your identity. Authorize charges to the credit card on file by selecting the checkbox. Click Rent Vehicle to complete rental process. 13.4 Scan & Go Virtual Key Fob You rental is now active. You can now use the virtual key fob to control the vehicle. Command availability is vehicle dependent; commands that are not available are grayed out. PAGE 31

14.1 Search Rent Click Rent to search for an available vehicle. Choose vehicle category: SUV, sedan, coupe, etc. Choose pickup and drop-off locations. Choose pickup and drop-off date and time. Enter coupon code if applicable. Click Search. PAGE 32

14.2 Search Select Vehicle Choose an available vehicle by clicking Select Car. Review vehicle details. Click Rent to proceed with rental of the vehicle. Choose additional options: Prepay Fuel, Insurance, Wi-Fi. Click Continue to proceed. PAGE 33

Click Continue to proceed. 14.4 Search Review Itinerary Review your rental agreement and itinerary. Enter your account password to confirm your identity. Authorize charges to the credit card on file by selecting the checkbox. Click Rent Vehicle to complete rental process. PAGE 34

Reserve 15.1 Reserve Using Scan & Go The Scan & Go option allows you to instantly reserve available vehicles by scanning the QR code using your phone or tablet. The Verizon Auto Share application has a QR code scanner built into it so that you don t need to download additional software. Click the Scan & Go icon to enable your mobile device s camera. Point the camera at the QR code to get vehicle details: year, make, model, daily rate, weekly rate, fuel level % remaining, mileage. Click Reserve to reserve the vehicle for future use. PAGE 35

15.2 Scan & Go Choose Extras Choose additional options such as Prepay Fuel, Insurance and Wi-Fi. Click Continue to proceed with reservation. 15.3 Scan & Go Review Itinerary Review your itinerary. Enter your account password to confirm your identity. Authorize charges to the credit card on file by selecting the checkbox. Click Reserve Vehicle to complete the reservation process. PAGE 36

15.4 Scan & Go Confirmation A reservation confirmation is displayed upon successful reservation. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file. Your reservation can be cancelled or modified under Menu. 16.1 Search Reserve Click Rent to search for an available vehicle. Choose a vehicle category: SUV, sedan, coupe, etc. Choose pickup and drop-off locations. Choose pickup and drop-off date and time. Enter coupon code if applicable. Click Search. PAGE 37

16.2 Search Select Vehicle Choose an available vehicle by clicking Select Car. Review vehicle details. Click Reserve to proceed with the reservation of the vehicle. Manage Reservation 17.1 Manage Reservation Log in to the Enterprise App. Go to Menu. Click My Reservation to access your current reservation. Click Modify to make changes to the date, location, time and options. Click Cancel to cancel your current reservation. Click Go Back to return to the Home screen. Cancel Reservation 17.2 Cancel Reservation Log in to the Enterprise App. Go to Menu. Click My Reservation to access your current reservation. Click Cancel to cancel your current reservation. Choose Yes on the cancellation prompt. Click Reserve to make another reservation. Click Contact Us for customer service support. PAGE 40

Modify Reservation 17.3 Modify Reservation Log in to the Enterprise App. Go to Menu. Click My Reservation to access your current reservation. Click Modify to make changes to your current reservation. Select location, date and time, and click Continue. Choose Extras, then click Continue. Enter your account password, select the checkbox for credit card authorization and click Reserve to complete your reservation. PAGE 41
