How to Use My Farm Records After you registered for access and received an email confirmation that your online account is ready to use, visit www.evergreen-fs.com. On the website, top right of any page, click on the red My Account button and then click on View My Account in the dropdown menu. You will be directed to the My Farm Records Account Login page: Enter your User Name in the top box. Enter your Password in the bottom box. Click on the Login button. IMPORTANT: User Name and Password are case-sensitive. That means each character must be typed exactly as required, including the use of upper-case and lower-case letters.

Account Summary Page After you login, you will be directed to your Account Summary page with all of your accounts listed. For each account, you will easily see your Current Balance due, Prepay Balance, Unapplied Balance, and Budget Billing Balance, if applicable. Instructional videos are available to guide you. Click the? icon on any page to view a video. Blue underlined text means more information is available. Click on the blue hyperlink to be directed to the Account Details page. Account Details Page For the account number you clicked on the Account Summary page, an Account Detail page will open to provide a list of all of your invoices and payments for that account. Change the start and end dates you want to view. Once you have set your dates, click the GO button. Click on a blue invoice number to see details for that invoice. When available, click on the PDF icon to view an image of the actual invoice. Click on View All PDFs to see all statements and invoices available as PDF files that you can view, save, or print.

Booking Status Page This page will show your booking dates, expiration dates, and booking number. Click and drag this dark gray bar to the right to see more columns of detailed information. When you see these black box options, you can click to print or click to download and save the information to your computer in Excel, PDF, or CSV format. Product Summary Page View a list of products you have purchased including the quantity, units, and cost for each. Change the start and end dates you want to view. Once you have set your dates, click the GO button. Click and drag this gray bar downward to see more product rows of information, if available. Click on a product in blue to access a Product Detail page with your specific purchase information for that particular product.

Grain Delivery Page This page provides detailed information on your grain delivery. Click the box arrow to select the commodity you wish to view. Click on the arrows in the column headers to change a sort to ascending or descending order. You can click to change the status to Open, Settled, or Both. On this line, you can click to view your Assembly Sheets, Scale Tickets, Contracts, and Settlements. When you are ready to see the results, click GO. Click and drag this dark gray bar downward to see more product rows of information. Blue underlined text means more information is available. Click on a ticket or assembly number to access specific information for that particular delivery.

If you had clicked on a blue Scale Ticket number on the Grain Delivery page, then detailed information for that specific scale ticket will be provided on the screen: When you have finished viewing this page, click the GO button to return to the Grain Delivery page. If you had clicked on a blue Assembly Sheet number on the Grain Delivery page, then detailed information for that specific assembly sheet will be provided on the screen:

If you had clicked on the Generate Report for Assembly button, you will then see a screen with detailed information, with a Print button available if you would like to print the report: Grain Summary Page This page provides a summary of your delivery of a specified commodity. Click the box arrow to change the commodity you wish to view. You can change the view from showing all locations to one specific location. Blue underlined text means more information is available. Click on Delivered and the Grain Delivery page will show.

Change Your Password At the top right of any page, click on your logged in name in blue to access your online profile. Your online profile includes your contact information. The Password box is near the bottom. Click in this box to change your Password. You cannot change your User Name. After you have updated your password, click the Update Profile button to save the change. Reminder, your User Name and Password are casesensitive. IMPORTANT: If you change your address on this screen, it will not automatically update our company records. Please call our office at 309-663-2392 to update your contact information.

Instructional Videos Instructional videos can be accessed on any page by clicking on the icon at the top right. Then select which short videos you wish to view to help guide you through the pages. Logout When you are finished viewing your account information, click the black Logout button at the top right of your screen. To enter the system again, simply log back in on the Account Login screen.
