1. 1.1 KEY FACTS LOCATION CONTRACT SALARY CONTACT TYPE Home-based, with regular travel to client sites and Head Office (Stevenage, UK) Full time (Average 37.5 hours per week) 40,000, with up to 80,000 OTE Jodi Weston jodi.weston@bulletproof.co.uk A B2B customer-facing sales role 1.2 OVERVIEW You will be assigned key Bulletproof client accounts and be responsible for identifying opportunities to proactively cross-sell and/or up-sell additional Bulletproof and ServerChoice products services into these accounts. This will require a blend of business development, account management and sales skills, and will be a strategically important role in transitioning our premium Bulletproof customers into longer term, subscription-based ServerChoice customers. 1.3 RESPONSIBLITIES Achieve or exceed your monthly and/or quarterly sales targets and objectives Manage key Bulletproof accounts and transition their services to include ServerChoice s offerings Build customer loyalty and help provide an excellent customer experience to ensure high customer retention rates Be adept at winning and securing new business from existing clients, nurturing the relationship to develop long-term partnerships Meeting with clients, presenting and proposing value added services, negotiating and influencing in order to bring about success Maintain up-to-date client opportunities within our CRM system You will be expected to travel to our Head Office (Stevenage) on a regular basis, expected to be a minimum of once per week Act as a trusted advisor to clients, keeping abreast of technical and industry information as well as reporting on industry fluctuations and market conditions Facilitate regular service review meetings Provide feedback to sales, management, marketing, and executive staff Assist with exhibitions and corporate events 2
1.4 WORKING LOCATION This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week. This role requires flexibility for frequent travel to customer sites. You will also be expected to travel to our Head Office in Stevenage on a regular basis, expected to be a minimum of once per week. 2. CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS 2.1 WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You will have at least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in a business, science or engineering discipline, supported by evidence of high achievements/awards (which need not be academic or work-related). You will be highly self-motivated, pro-active and forward-thinking. A true customer-centric approach with developed skills in building and growing customer relationships are vital requirements for success. You will need proven account management experience with a technology-related business, preferably within the managed hosting or related market.
