SYSTEM FEATURES Unified 100% Passive System to intercept Thuraya, Iridium and IsatPhone Pro Satellite Phones. Compact rugged system which can be man carried. Can be used for clandestine operations. Interception, Decoding and Decryption of Voice, SMS and Text Traffic from Thuraya 2 or Thuraya 3, Iridium and IsatPhone Pro Satellite Phones. Can Intercept the traffic from Thuraya, Iridium and IsatPhone Satellite Phones Pro simulatensouly. Capable of intercepting traffic from up to 2 spot beams of Thuraya, up to 2 narrow spot beams of IsatPhone Pro and up to 3 Iridium satellites over the area of operation simultaneously. Interception range of the system depends upon size of the spot beam i.e. up to 600Km radius in Thuraya, up to 400Km Km in IsatPhone Pro and up to 1000Km radius in Iridium Interception Mode. Pre-integrated for automatic decryption of intercepted traffic from Thuraya and IsatPhone Pro network. Automatically Demodulates, Decodes and decrypts Traffic to obtain Intelligent Voice, SMS and Text sessions along with session related information. Geo-location of target position on digital map. System monitors both forward and reverse channels simultaneously on L-band. Ruggedized casing and pre integrated hardware makes them perfect choice for fast and easy field deployment. Plug and Play capability provides operators faster response on mission critical situations. Can Track Target on digital map. Can display multiple targets on map with different colour flags for easy visual identification. Provides flexibility to listen target's call from the map. Automatically scan and detect Iridium Satellites available at the system location. Automatically monitors and compensates for continuously changing Iridium signal Doppler shift. Automatically determines and process Inter-Beam and Inter Satellite handoffs. Can provide the full duplex upto 15Kms (LoS). Whereas Simplex call can received up to 600Km (radius) in Thuraya and 1000Km (radius) in Iridium. Can intercept calls initiated from PSTN to Satellite Phone, Satellite Phone to PSTN and Satellite Phone to Satellite Phone. In case of Thuraya and IsatPhone Pro network, system automatically scans the available spot beams and provide the spot beam ID, Latitude & Longitude of center of the spot beam, Channel Number for tuning of the demodulators. In case of Iridium, system automatically tunes its receives, after defining the interception range and its location. Maintains the internal call data record for each communication with all identity parameters that can be intercepted for each call.

SYSTEM SOLUTION Unified Satellite Phone Monitoring System (SCL-1625TII) is designed to intercept Voice, SMS and Text traffic from Satellite Phones operating on Thuraya, Iridium and IsatPhone Pro Satellite networks. The system is pre-integrated & pre-configured in a compact ruggedized transportable casing for plug and play operations. SCL-1625TII intercepts the signals from L-band uplink (from Satellite Phones to Satellites) and downlink (from Satellite to Satellite Phones) to provide the duplex calls up to 20 Kms with LOS and beyond that simplex calls.system is equipped state-of-the-art high performance Thuraya and IsatPhone Pro decryption module, Iridium proprietary protocol module to provide processed intelligible output in the form of Voice, SMS and Text along with session related information such as Called Phone Number (for session initiated by Satellite Phone),Caller ID, TMSI/IMSI/IMEI and geo-location. Monitoring of Traffic from Thuraya Satellite Phones SCL-1625TII can intercept up to 32 calls from Thuraya, up to 32 calls from Iridium and up to 32 calls from IsatPhone Pro satellite phones simultaneously. System provides the flexibility to the operator to track the target positions on integrated digital map or open street map. The map can display the multiple targets on map with different colour flags for easy visual identification and also provides the flexibility to the operator to listen the target call from the map. The Systems is housed in ruggedized portable rack which consists of Receiver Module, Main Processing Unit and foldable Three Display Screens. The integrated three display screen provides the flexibility to the operator to view the real time status of all the three systems simultaneously or left side screen can be dedicated to map, center screen of processing status and right screen for analysis of the traffic, all these can be configured by the operator depending up on the requirement. The SCL-1625TII is configured in such a way that it can be deployed quickly to fulfill different monitoring scenarios. The Main Processing Unit can be configured to work as receiver controller, Thuraya decryptor, IsatPhone Pro decryptor, signal processor for Thuraya, Iridium and IsatPhone Pro,Database and File Server and Operator Workstation. The Main Processing Unit is industrail computer which will be equipped with specialized software application to process the Thuraya, Iridium and IsatPhone Pro Signals using their respective processing applications. The Map Application and Operator Workstation Application will also be installed on the industrial computer. The database server application is designed to keep track of intercepted information. The database server application performs all entries of intercepted sessions along with session related information and file path in structured data base. Database Server Application The Operator Workstation Application provides the operator with a user friendly unified GUI displaying all relevant intercepted information from all the three Thuraya, Iridium and IsatPhone Pro Satellite Phones including Date, Time, Called Number, Calling number, Longitude, Latitude, IMEI, TMSI IMSI, File Name ( Where raw data is stored ), Save to File ( where decoded data is stored). The operator can just double click and listen to the intercepted calls, view intercepted SMS/ Text session.
Unified Operator Workstation Application The Map application is designed to work in both online as well as in offline mode. In online mode need internet connection to display the deeper information while in offline mode display the information from downloaded map.
