Groundwork Development has transformed a forty-year structure into twenty-two modernized white-box units, averaging approximately 2,400 square feet in size. The shell structure has nearly 18 ceiling heights to the exposed deck, and concrete floors are polished to a high sheen. Floor-to-deck sound-batt-insulated walls demise twenty-two new units.
