Donna is a frequent speaker at conferences worldwide and has spoken to congressional committees, the Senate and at international judicial conferences on the subject of metadata and preventing accidental disclosure and malpractice. She is the author of 12 books, including the bestselling series, "Word for Law Firms." Tara Byers is Vice President of Development at PayneGroup. Tara manages the research and development team, project managers and support staff for Forms and Numbering Assistant. Not only does she work with her team, she spends time talking with clients to learn what features to add to the products to help improve workflow and automation. Previously Tara was Vice President of Training where she managed large-scale migrations including International projects with more than 40 offices. Susan Horiuchi is Vice President of Training at PayneGroup. Susan travels the world managing trainers and client migrations, also teaching our signature class, Master Series: Word for Law Firms. Susan developed the PayneGroup FAST training method enabling IT staff to quickly get up to speed on changes within the Microsoft Office applications which is one of the offerings that PayneGroup provides firms moving to Office 2010. Susan was a contributing author to Word for Law Firms. 1
