1. Login Process 1. After downloading and installing KGI HK Mobile Trader app, the icon will appear as below. 2. The following screen will appear after pressing the KGI HK Mobile Trader. 3. Input your User ID and Password (User Name and Login Password will be the same as WebTrade or WebTrade-Professional Version ), then press [Login]. Note: Please turn on [Remember User ID] function to store your User ID for future convenience. As KGI HK Mobile Trader, WebTrade and WebTrade-Professional Version share the same password, change of your password in any one system will result in changes in other systems simultaneously. Page 3
4. Duplicate login KGI HK Mobile Trader does not allow user to be logged on more than one system simultaneously, it will be treated as multiple login. The first session will then be automatically logged out and notified by the following message. Note: KGI HK Mobile Trader, WebTrade and WebTrade-Professional Version are not allowed to login simultaneously. The System will consider it as duplicate login if this happens. 5. Upon successful login, the disclaimer will appear. Page 4
6. Read the disclaimer carefully and press [I agree] to enter the home menu. The following screen will appear if [I Disagree] is being selected. Page 5
2. Trading Platform Home 1. After successful login, home menu will display the following features, which include [Quote], [Market], [Trade] and [Settings] for selection. [Quote] Page [Market] Page [Trade] Page [Settings] Page Page 6
2.1 Quote 2.1.1 HK Quote 1. To check the stock price, you can: - Input the stock code in the quote field, then press [GO]. 2. A larger chart with different time interval will be displayed once you tap on the chart. Page 7

2.3 Trade 2.3.1 Trading 1. Please select either [BUY] or [SELL] before inputting the rest of the following information: I. Stock Code II. Type III. Price IV. Quantity II III I IV 2. Press the Market field to display order types. Page 10
3. In the Price field, different price can be selected by scrolling the price list up and down. You can enter a price directly by pressing the [Edit] button.. 4. In the Quantity field, different quantity can be selected by scrolling the quantity list up and down. You can enter a quantity directly by pressing the [Edit] button. When all items are selected, press [Confirm] button. Page 11
5. The Confirm Order pop up window will display all order details. Please confirm that all items are correct. If you want to modify or cancel the order, press [Cancel]; otherwise, press [Confirm]. 6. System returns confirmation message, press [OK] to complete the transaction process; press [View Order] to view current order status. Page 12
2.3.2 Order Status 1. Check order history. Press [Refresh] to view the latest order status. 2. To modify/cancel order on process, press the order in the Order Status, and modification choices will be displayed. Page 13
Modify Order 1. In the Price field, different price can be selected by scrolling the price list up and down. You can enter a different price directly by pressing the [Edit] button. 2. In the Quantity field, different Quantity can be selected by scrolling the quantity list up and down. User can enter a different quantity directly by pressing the [Edit] button. Page 14
3. When all items are selected, press [Confirm] button. The Confirm Update Order pop up window will display all modified order details. Please confirm that all items are correct. If you want to modify or cancel the modified order, press [Cancel]; otherwise, press [Confirm]. 4. System will display a confirmation message. Press [OK] to complete the modify order process. Page 15
Cancel Order 1. Press [Cancel Order] to cancel order. 2. The Confirm Cancel Order pop up window will display all order details for upcoming cancellation. Please confirm that all items are correct. If you want to cancel the order, press [Cancel]; otherwise, press [Confirm]. Order Details Information on purchased stock. Page 16
2.3.3 Portfolio 1. Press [Portfolio] to check account information, including Stocks and Cash information. 2 Press [Refresh] to view the latest Stocks and Cash information. 2.3.4 Contact Us View branches address and telephone numbers. Page 17
2.4 Settings 2.4.1 Language You can set the preferred language for KGI HK Mobile Trader. 2.4.2 Change Password KGI HK Mobile Trader does not provide changing password function. If you want to change your password, you will have to change it in WebTrade or WebTrade-Professional Version. Please note that under the conditions below, you must change your password in KGI HK Mobile Trader before you login: First-time login Password expired Note: As KGI HK Mobile Trader, WebTrade and WebTrade-Professional Version share the same password, change of your password in any one system will result in changes in other systems simultaneously. 3. Logout Press [Logout] to exit KGI HK Mobile Trader. Page 19
