Report Services... 13 This document details the steps required to configure Verticurl s WeChat Adobe Campaign Integration. Here s a list of what you ll need to do when you re doing this for the first time, with detailed write-ups below it: Create an account in Verticurl App ->Configure the Verticurl App > Configure message for QR code service in the Verticurl App -> Display QR code through personalization block -> Configure message for Message service in the Verticurl App - > Create a workflow in Adobe Campaign -> Activate start workflow in Adobe Campaign. 1. Verticurl App Account Creation Create an account in the Verticurl application this will allow you to configure QR code messages and is required for campaign activation, tagging follower for personalized menu. Visit http://socialapps.verticurl.com/wechatarchitecture/adobe/signup to create an account in the Verticurl application. 1

Configuration Setup in Verticurl App WeChat Settings o Navigate to Administration -> WeChat Settings. o In WeChat settings, submit WeChat name, APP key and App secret details. These will be used by the application to communicate with the WeChat server. 2
Figure 2: WeChat Configuration Adobe Campaign Settings o Navigate to Administration -> Adobe Campaign Settings. o In Adobe Campaign Settings, submit Username, password and Client URL to allow the application to access the Adobe Campaign API 3. Configure QR Code Service Figure 3: Adobe Campaign Configuration This service renders a QR code on a Web application pages and emails. Step 1: Click on the Configuration -> QR Code Message Menu Step 2: Click on QR Code Message Configuration this will take you to the form where the message for QR Module can be configured. 3

Configure Campaign Message Service There are two parts involved in configuring the campaign message service the first is setting up the message that gets delivered to the recipient (this happens in the Verticurl App). The second part is creating and activating a workflow in Adobe Campaign. Part 1 Configure Message in the Verticurl App Step 1: Go to Configuration -> Campaign Messages in Web Application. Step 2: Click on the Campaign Message Configuration to create a new message. Step 3: Configure the Message. 7

Part 2 Create a Deliveries in Adobe Campaign Step 6: Create a deliveries and choose Wechat template as delivery template. Figure 14: Create Deliveries Step 7: Submit base token details. Configure Tag Service Figure 15: Workflow for Message Service There are two parts involved in configuring the Tag service the first is setting up the configure Tag that gets personalized menu to the recipient (this happens in the Verticurl App). The second part is creating and activating a workflow in Adobe Campaign. Part 1 Configure Message in the Verticurl App Step 1: Go to Configuration -> Tag Management in Web Application. Step 2: Click on the Create Tag link. Step 3: Create Tag. Figure 14: Tag Creation Step 4: Save details. Step 5: Copy the Tag Reference ID. Part 2 Create a Deliveries in Adobe Campaign Step 6: Create a deliveries and choose Wechat template as delivery template. 9
