1. Structure of the system The "Geo Pro" aims at utilizing GoogleMap and GPS satellites and collecting and inspecting various data by using the information devices and also visualizing their information. For examples: Prepare the format required for data collection in the outdoor, Disaster prevention and road inspection, report of water and sewage, collecting information from citizens, Collecting information on the progress of the construction site. 1
4. Operating environment Terminal: smart phone, PC OS Android 5 or more ios 7 or more Windows7 or more Web browser Firefox8 Google Chrome IE9 Confirmed in the browser above Location services: ON, (GPS service) Location service for camera: ON while using camera 5. Operation a) Start from URL Type the following URL: http://pipedesign-web.com/ The following dialogue is displayed. b) Account approval procedure To acquire an account newly, click a symbol of a screen right shoulder. "Login" "Register" is displayed in the pop-up menu. 2
When "Register" is clicked, the following dialogue box is indicated. Enter name in "Login" column, Enter the e-mail address in "E-mail" column, set "Password" to open "Geo Pro". Click the "Submit" (approval) button. Make sure that the registered e-mail address was received approval e-mail. c) Login Type "Login" and "Password that you submitted in the "Submit", login will be completed. 3
6. Save the data a) Menu from the button on the screen Click "Add A Place" on the menu, Add dialogue is displayed as follows. 4
b) Add new data in the "Add A Place" Institut Teknologi Bandung Memo: Input field of the memo. Line break is available too. Photo: Click "Choose File" button. You can choose from a camera and icloud Drive (data drive) which attach to your PDA. When you select a camera, it is stored on the server of Geo Pro. It's possible to choose an existing photo in icloud Drive. When position information is embedded in a picture, position information is posted on your GoogleMap automatically in the photography location of the picture. Note: These environment will depend on your PDA. c) Click "save" button to save. Information with photos and memos will be saved to a cloud drive. 5
If 3G network or wifi communication is weak, we recommend that you should take Photos without Geo Pro. 7. Editing data a) Registered data edit Click on the Pencil symbol that lined up in the item "Actions" on the right of the data. Data Time: The present time stamp is entered automatically. If you click a calendar button on the right side, you can change the date. File name written in Photo column are registered in the Cloud drive. If you want to edit it again, there is nothing to show in the New Image column of a Photo column. But if you don t change the information, it isn't necessary to save it again. The picture registered with the History location of Photo just before is showed, but it's possible to choose this picture by a radio button. b) Save the registered data If you want to terminate to edit, click "Save" button. 8. Deleting data a) Delete the registered data Click on the right side of the Trash symbol that lined up in the item "Actions" on the right of the data. Selected data will be deleted. 9. Download of data a) Download the registered data. 7
If you clicks "CSV Download" on the screen, MsExcel (Windows) or Numbers (ios) or OfficeSuite (Windows or ios or Android) will open and selected information are displayed in each software as follows. It's the premise that each software are installed beforehand. 10. Partial and whole view of Map screen Click button, data list will disappear, and change the display area to the entire screen. Click button, data list will appear, and change the display area to the partial screen. 11. Movement of the location a) Move the pin on the GoogleMap 9
Put a mouse at the pin position that you wants to move and a pin position will move by drag & drop. As the result of changing the coordinate, address will change automatically. 12. Information search a) Extract the data from the search string Enter a string to search for in the "Search" column. For example, if you enter a search string of "Kyoto", data associated with an address and notes information are extracted. 13. Change User Profile and add Accounts a) Change Password Select the "User Profile" from the pull-down menu. Change the password and complete with the "Submit" button. b) Add Account The login ID s and Email addresses are managed in their groups. If you want to create a new account, use the new login ID and Email address to assign. 10
14. Log out a) Log out Click "Logout" button from the pull-down menu to logout form the Geo Pro. 11
